Hurdy Gurdy Man

First of all, shame on you, Tall John says that his wife is "off limits." You will have to go through him to get to her.

If you go there, take these with you:

Teresa on Cheney: "Dick Cheney is not a patriot."

Teresa on GWB: George Bush's environmental policies are a "sin against mankind."

Wouldn't it be great to hear someone in the dominant liberal media ask her about these comments? We won't hold our breath, will we?

Can you imagine the uproar if the spouse of a REPUB. candidate said these things?

Never mind, she is off limits, which is a great trick if you can pull it off. With the help of the media, the Kerrys' can.

sym

At least she didn't use any FCC fineworthy language, unlike that guy that pledged to restore dignity to the White House.
(Still a funny story, though).

As for the lack of media attention, it's not as if Bush is lacking in surrogates to make a big fuss over these things. But whining about this stuff may not come across as gentlemanly; if the VRWC chooses to go this route, be prepared for "When will Republicans stop beating Kerry's wife?" stories.

Timmy the Wonder Dog

The Sox take the series, Kerry bounces one in the dirt and the pro Kerry signs are disgarded by the Red Sox Nation.

Sounds like a "hat trick to me"

HH

Reuters also has her saying "un-American."

BF

The Sox are still 8 games out in the all important loss column, and it is always funny to watch them and their fans make such hey out of July games.

Bottom line, they don't win the ones that count, and they never will.

Muwahahahahahahahahaha!

ed

Hmmm.

Not to be offensive or anything but I have never, in my entire life, previously seen a grown man throw a baseball that way.

Has Kerry ever thrown a baseball before?

Cheney Dismisses Critic With Obscenity (Washington Post, June 25, 2004)

A brief argument between Vice President Cheney and a senior Democratic senator led Cheney to utter a big-time obscenity on the Senate floor this week. On Tuesday, Cheney, serving in his role as president of the Senate, appeared in the chamber for a photo session. A chance meeting with Sen. Patrick J. Leahy (Vt.), the ranking Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, became an argument about Cheney's ties to Halliburton Co., an international energy services corporation, and President Bush's judicial nominees. The exchange ended when Cheney offered some crass advice. "Fück yourself," said the man who is a heartbeat from the presidency.

The Bumbling Communicator (The Atlantic, Sept. 6, 2001)

...In 1987 at a Dallas restaurant, Bush, apparently drunk, approached a table occupied by Al Hunt, of The Wall Street Journal, Judy Woodruff, of CNN, and their four-year-old son, and burst out with, "You no good fûcking sonofabitch, I will never forget what you wrote!" Hunt had omitted the name of Bush's father from a list of possible presidential candidates he had sent in to Washingtonian magazine—because Vice President Bush had yet to declare his candidacy. The dark side of Bush thus revealed should not be surprising....

Adaplant - I am sure you thought you had a point. What is it, I wonder?

Are you, for example, addressing the absurdity of Ms. Heinz Kerry delivering a "change the tone" talk, then haranguing the first reporter to ask her about it?

Are you helping us understand why Ms. Heinz-Kerry said something and then promptly (and rudely) denied saying it?

Are you clarifying the mystery of just who or what has been "un-American" about this campaign?

Or are you suggesting that, because Bush cursed in 1987, America will fall in love with Theresa today?

You also overlooked the "major-league a**hole" remark from the 2000 campaign (Cheney, Bush, Adam Clymer, open-mike).

HH

Yes and Kerry said Bush "fucked it up" and called a Secret Service man an "asshole" and on and on... Kerry believes it "appropriate" to tell someone who questions her use of the term "unAmerican" to "shove it"... This during the "DON'T QUESTION MY PATRIOTISM" convention.

Big mama T

You little people are such fools. That is why you refuse to bow when I speak. You will get yours, you idiots. John & I know what is best for you peasants even though you do not. We long so for the good days, the European days of elegance when royalty was respected. Ants!!! Insects!!! Middle class riff-raff. You make fun of us because we do not pay taxes on my $3.2 billion in assets. You make fun of us because we pay the bare minimum of 0.983% in taxes on my $80M/yr income while I support a 30% tax on any family earning over $100,000. You ignorant scum. I suport the outsourcing of all the Heinz manufacturing plants and their thousands of jobs so that my income will grow even more while my husband tells you about all the bad outsourcing plotted by evil US corporations. Worship me and my waned beauty or I'll get you my pretty, and your little dog too!
