Eric - I cannot imagine being in the air for that long. I just can't.
I would be crazed by the time I finally got off the plane! I would be like H&R running up and down the boardwalk with my chainsaw!

Sue

"....hide nor hair". So Texas.

Happy early birthday TiH.

happy birthday, TiH

Eric in Boise

TiH, I wasn't ready to wield chainsaw, but I was glad to be back on land.

I can only imagine the sea voyages of olden times. Months and months of staring at the endless ocean.

They're probably laughing at us.

There is one trick to flying to Australia - you have to go business class. Then you leave at night and you spend most of the trip sleeping, upstairs, in a roomy chair that folds all the way back.

I waited 10 years to go until I could afford to go Biz class. Otherwise I figured my entire trip would be ruined by dreading the trip home.

If you go first class, you get a full bed.

Jane

Texas,

Pisces rock!

Sue

Daddy,

Have you ever seen a UFO?

TexasIsHeaven

Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes - and speaking of UFO's - everyday here in Texas we are praying for a UFO to come and get Sheila Jackson Lee and whisk her away to the most distant galaxy in God's good universe. I cringe every time she appears on the floor - you never know what she is going to say or do. You only know it will be embarrassing.

Just let me scare the hell out of people here: How about flying over the artic and northern Canada and near the Soviet Union for 14 hours strraight 8 times a month? Think of all those empty brown bags you could fill up:)

But it is still on a passenger mile basis the safetist way to travel Even agiainst train and bus. This a truly one off and unfortunately 239 lives were lost ( we think). Doesn't make air travel any more risky than the other forms of trafel.

Bori

Texas,

I know how you feel, when I lived in Atlanta I have Cynthia Mckinley as the Rep. until they re-drew the district. Now they have Hank Johnson, phew.

Done it, twice (at others' expense). I still don't sleep that well even on the flat bed that I got last time. In fact, on the return trip last time there was so much turbulence--for hours on end--that I hardly slept at all. But it's still not so bad. You have to walk around a bit, watch a movie, etc. I brought work, so I was on my laptop a fair amount (brought extra batteries).

Jack is Back!

Hey Dana, BuBu, DuDa, KaKa,

Some one needs to pay

Will you?

Frederick's photo entry for our club's art show tonight:

Jack is Back!

Typepad is toast to me. I Can not believe his photo shows up that way when I have edited it to be small enough to show.

Jack is Back!

Here is his art work:

Happy Birthday, TIH!

Rick, like OL, you had me laughing out loud. I do hate Word. Next toWord I hate the new YahooMail set up. In fact, if I ever run into the Yutz who ruined Yahoo Mail, I'm gonna break his fingers.
