Good Morning!

I had not considered that in the Lois Lerner E-mail case not keeping a copy of all these e-mails is a violation of the Federal Records Keeping Act.

Amy Stoddard of the HILL just said this on FOX:

: There is a Federal Records Act that they are in violation of because you're supposed to be backing up certain documents that are Federal Records in certain ways and you're supposed to put them on 2 separate systems in order for them to be backed up. The idea that they are spending all this money and time now trying to crawl through other agencies too see if you received or someone else received a Lois Lerner E-mail is not only outrageous it's stupid...

Daddy-- from the prior thread, is the Legacy Media not lying for Obummer anymore:

PS: I got an Anchorage made chopping blade for Fathers Day.

daddy

Thanks NK,

Haven't started catch-up yet.

Just saw that the 2 Cop Killers from last week were part of the Occupy WallStreet Movement: While living in Lafayette, Jerad and his wife Amanda took part in last November’s “Million Mask March” – a gathering of protesters from the Occupy movement, anarchists, and hacktivists.

Insty sez that's why he thinks the story disappeared from the MSM so fast.

daddy

Having read NK 's link, it seems to me that the IRS is guilty for hiding the E-mails/ and or guilty for having violated the Federal Records Act.

Either way they are guilty of violating the Law.

But I still believe nothing will come of it until Mr Smith and Mr Wesson make an appearance.

daddy:
You are correct. In all these stories Tea Party is mentioned first automatically to continue the meme that we areunstable. Only later does the truth come out when no one is listening.

NK(withnewsoftware)

The Legacy Media uses hit and run journalism to create a mindset for LIVs who don't read beyond headlines.

Yes its an internal poll being released to the public, but KellyAnn Conway is no hack and it seems to be supported by a 2nd poll that to my knowledge is not internal:

The Citizens United Political Victory Fund poll, conducted by Kellyanne Conway of The Polling Company, Inc., shows McDaniel has a 52 percent to 40 percent lead over Cochran. In a memo, pollster Conway noted too that McDaniel has an “intensity advantage” as 47 percent of his supporters say they are “definite” supporters whereas only 37 percent of Cochran’s say as much.

“With eight days to go before the run-off election in Mississippi, this poll shows that the momentum is with conservative challenger Chris McDaniel,” Citizens United president David Bossie told Breitbart News. “It is clear that Mississippians want a fresh voice in the U.S. Senate.”

Citizens United Political Victory Fund has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars backing McDaniel in Mississippi.

The poll comes after Cochran has been through a difficult stretch politically in which he said he grew up doing "all kind of indecent things with animals" -- then apparently forgot he said that. He also appeared not to know that Majority Leader Eric Cantor had lost his primary race, despite giving public remarks about it two days earlier.

A plurality of Mississippians, however they plan to vote, think McDaniel will win. When asked “regardless of how you might vote, whom do you think will win the runoff election?” 49 percent said McDaniel, while only 26 percent said Cochran and 24 percent were unsure. Conway wrote in her memo that this means the “momentum belongs to McDaniel.”

The poll was conducted from June 12 to June 13, and surveyed 501 likely GOP runoff voters, with a margin of error of 4.4 percent.

The poll comes on the heels of a WPA Opinion Research poll that shows McDaniel with an eight-point lead

Oh henry-there are 8 sites participating in the Model T Foundation Racial Equity and Economic Security Project.

Milwaukee is one and Atlanta Fulton County is another.

Jacksonville is a third.

This is ugly stuff. I have been wading in it since before 6 this morning. Our post racial Pres and his appointees are anything but.

IMF Declares Global Warming Dead

Yet growth in 2014 won’t likely top last year’s lackluster performance, the IMF says. The Washington-based organization foresees the economy growing a modest 2 percent in 2014, below its previous estimate of 2.7 percent. That would be nearly identical to the 1.9 percent growth in 2013.

The IMF blames the lingering aftermath of the brutal winters and a sluggish recovery in home sales.

rse, no surprise there. Of the 7 SE WI counties, 6 have told Milwaukee to pound sand. Regionalism is viewed here as tax everyone and give free sh*t to Milwaukee. Meanwhile, Milwaukee has nearly as many shootings as Chicago.

If I (or Edward Snowden, or perhaps somebody, anybody who could more plausibly claim to know anything about hacking than me) were to assert that I had hacked Lois Lerner's account and obtained copies of e-mails during the period in question, showing clearly that the White House coordinated the suppression of conservative groups prior to the 2012 election, how long would it take for the IRS to come up with proof that no such e-mails existed and that my allegedly hacked e-mails were fraudulent? And then how long would it take for the IRS to audit me?
(It is indicative of how much trust the Administration has engendered that I seriously hesitated to post this lest I become subject to just such an audit.)

In no specific order, just a few of the lies I've been told this morning before catch-up:

---Hillary Clinton: "The Bible
Is My ´Biggest Influence´"

---NBC News: We "enjoy a wonderful working relationship with Chelsea, and we are proud of her work."

---Obama: "The world is less violent than it has ever been. It is healthier than it has ever been. It is more tolerant than it has ever been."

---Ruben Navarrette (The Daily Beast) "And, as for the theories that this (Immigration) crisis was manufactured in Washington, give us a break."

---Obama Dispatches Biden To
Stop Wave Of Illegals At Texas

---Scott Walker is unelectable because he's white.

---Jeffrey Bewkes CNN CEO: ...we aren’t making our news judgments and our news selection and treatment of stories based on serving a given part of the political spectrum, the religious spectrum or anything else. We are trying to be an objective news-journalism organization.

I suppose any of us could do this pointless exercise all day long.

The existential question of 21st Century American journalism: are you still a whore when you are giving it away for free?

That made me laugh, cathyf.

Well that briefing must have been a doozy. You normally don't want to be briefed by an acoomplished liar like Susan Rice. Hardly worth the time to interrupt your practice on the driving range to listen to a Susan Rice briefing.

The great bgates had a similar line, something like: The MSM aren't whores. You have to pay whores.
