Because TM was such a deceitful dog in slipping in a new thread after only 16 thousand and 84 comments without warning, I am posting my last again because Bender the Robot says he'll kill me if it don't. Prima Donna Art Critics are weird that way?:)

Bender the Robot: I think we can all appreciate the sensitivity of the Robot artist in the top painting, depicting the giant ghostly sheep taking a dump into the United Nations Building following its demolition by a Neutron Bomb leveling all of Manhattan just north of Trump Tower and just south of JimmyK's favorite Bar, Kealies on 83rd. Not since Donald Trump was ritually murdered metaphorically on a nightly basis in Shakespeare in the Park has such bathos and pathos and Bezos so posted such deep and often pointed filings in hard-drive action!

I am loathe to discuss the painting of the tattoos on Mika's ass in the bottom painting on the left, since I am advised back channel by anonymous sources, (Joe Scarborough' s amplifier and wan wah peddle, and by Mika's vibrator electronic douche nozzle), that Joe plans on using that exact vociferous yet insightful painting of the tats on Mika's ass as the cover for Joe's 3rd Rocking Album---"E'ff Trump, and blessed are the makers of all Dairy Products especially Botox."

David, Infamous Deplorable

Greetings all. I have been absent somewhat the last few weeks because I had a stroke on Sunday, June 11. I got up from my chair and all of a sudden, my right arm didn't work right. Fortunately, it was a very mild stroke, only affecting my right arm and hand and, to a lesser extent, my right leg. No neurological damage, and no difficulty speaking. I was in the hospital in less than an hour, and they had me on medication and all hooked up to a bunch of tubes a half-hour after that.

I am extremely blessed, because not only was the stroke mild, but I have actually regained almost full use of my right arm already. I am now typing two-handed, and I have dug out my old electric keyboard and am painfully playing scales a half-hour or more a day. Pretty amazing when I couldn't even close my hand less than three weeks ago.

Can you believe the fireworks this week? (If you will pardon the pun) CNN completely humiliated, their bias and totally fake agenda laid out for all the world to see. And, as the MSM is pearl clutching about low-IQ Mika, Congress passes substantive immigration legislation and Trump launches a new energy initiative.

Really, I am not tired of winning yet, although I suspect that it was all the winning the contributed to the stroke. I don't think our systems are really geared to handle this much success continuously.

David

Captain Hate

Sorry about your stroke, David, even a small one.

Frau Prost!

Tonight I will raise a glass and thank Hillary! for losing her bid for the presidency.

David, even a small stroke must be frightening! Glad to read the recovery is going well!

Frau Prost!

First, I will toast David who shows how winning can restore health as well as happiness.
Cheers!

daddy on iPad

I am way way behind, but if I'm reading correctly, Scarborough calls Trump and records the conversations. Why the hell talk to any of these shitholes from here on out? E'ff ' em all Donald.

How about we instead have the MSM or FBI give us a list of who did Not" Wiretap "Trump.

Porchlight

daddy, the Trump team version is that Scarborough called Kushner to ask the Enquirer to call off the dogs, and Kushner suggested Joey Child Glasses call Trump and apologize/ask him himself.

Joey Child Glasses suggests, via very vague wording, that Kushner called him. Says he has text and phone logs or something.

Miss Marple the Deplorable

David,

Thank goodness it was only a mild stroke and you are recovering well! Thanks for letting us know.

This winning thing is so great!

Several side effects of this entire election include the following:

A huge interest in politics by younger folks, who often thought it was boring.

A sudden revelation to many about how wasteful and incompetent the government has been.

The realization that things in foreign affairs are not set in stone, and that we CAN win against the terrorists.

A resurgence in patriotism.

The realization of a lot of younger folks that having children is a good thing.

A rekindling of the appreciation for the old values of loyalty, responsibility, and self-sacrifice.

I could go on, but that's enough.

Who in the world is going to be able to follow Trump and get the same support? Pence has 8 years to learn, but I don't think he can break himself from the lifetime habits of political platitudes.

Other than Don Junior (which isn't going to fly due to dynasties) has anyone got any ideas? People are going to expect action, not talk.

The only one I can think of is Ryan Zeinke of Interior, who seems to be an action guy and an ex-SEAL.

Frau Prost!

Interesting advantage to Zeinke is that by the time 2024 roles around he will know every tribal leader on every reservation, and they will all be fans. Since those areas usually vote dem because of fed money, this will be an advantage.

Who in the world is going to be able to follow Trump and get the same support?

Miss Marple,

Let me reply by saying "faith." I do not at this time see any particularly cat out there to follow in the don's footsteps, but Andrew Breitbart came out of nowhere.
James OKeffe will not be my candidate, but the legions of people James O'Keefe opened eyes about, and Reddit, and all the rest, is encouraging as possible.

Trump is showing how to deal and how to defeat the Media. That was a skill we were lacking, but it is being learned by millions. I think we will wind up being a far ruder, cruder but in the long run a more honest country in the long room, but the incivility has been deceitfully engendered and encouraged by the Left andTrump has shown followers how to defeat that disengenuous. I am less worried about new Trumps not arising as much as I am about new Paul Ryan's arising to play both sides of the fence to their personal Sally Field agendas----" they like me, they really like me,,."

DoT used to infuriate me by saying another Reagan wasn't happening. Obviously he was literally correct but we can look at DJT as another outsider who ran the table against the establishment. To paraphrase Augustus McCrae we put our hopes in some unlikely baskets. As long as someone can effectively communicate a willingness to advance the promise of the founding of the country, we'll have someone to rally around.

Sounds like he is doing a poor man's Trump. Interesting that he invited him for Bastille Day. And MORE interesting that Trump accepted!

Wonder what's going on there.

Buckeye

Speaking of plumbing tips, yesterday I dodge a bullet mostly by luck.

Mrs. Buckeye reported water on the floor in the utility room in the basement. At first glance, I thought the water heater was leaking from a cracked inner tank (most common failure mode).

Struck me as surprising because it is only 8 years old and was a premium version with the longer warranty.

On closer inspection discovered that one of the flexible hoses that connect it to the cold and hot water pipes had sprung a leak. Flex hoses went in with the water heater. They are the type with a stainless steel braid over rubber hose.

If you have these and they are more than 6 to 7 years old, might want to replace them and preempt a more painful exercise in the future.

Zinke's fundraising operation, SEALPAC, should be wiped from the face of the earth. They have wasted the $25 my dad sent them years ago with constant begging for more. Sometimes 2 a day. I regularly mail in the postpaid ones covered in obscenities because there's no phone number to call them to stop it and they've ignored polite written requests.

SEALs didn't used to brag about their service (for security reasons, and others), but those days are over.
