Antifa should sacrifice some virgins... their ranks are filled with them.

Good morning, JOM!

Buckeye

Another job well done Clarice.

Clarice Feldman

Thanks--(I have the best gang of researchers--JOM.)

Clarice Feldman

You Tube has shut down Thomas Wictor's YouTube account and blocked all his videos.

henry

Google is evil in all letters of the alphabet Clarice.

Jack is Back!

There you go @ 8:05. Let's add Silicon Valley to the side of intolerance, impeded rights and fear of "a real inconvenient truth".

Great Pieces, Clarice. Makes my Black Rifle Company coffee taste that much stronger.

What did I say about this thuggery involving the Democrat Nomenklatura at the highest levels?

What did I say about the involvement of firms like Google?

How is this not all coordinated, and coordinated at the highest levels?

This is really quite amazing: Google is now openly suppressing simple comment on these thugs.

Whoever even heard of that out of a tech company?
Any company?

What is next?

Are we not getting close to sedition?

There should be strident outrage over this.

These people need toe be taken down a peg or two.

Captain Hate

maryrose's hero busted:

Speaker of the House Paul Ryan advised Republicans to run away from candidate Donald Trump before the election in order to save themselves and hold a future-President Hillary Clinton accountable, Republican Rep. Louie Gohmert of Texas revealed in an exclusive video interview with The Daily Caller New Foundation.

Totally paid for by Soros and Donohue. Face it, it's the citizens versus the Uniparty. We have no organized representation.

Clarice Feldman

When Trump condemned both sides and the dems rushed to defend Antifa, they killed themselves. When they sided with tearing down the statues they added to their own problems:If they stop endorsing tearing down statues they will be seen to have abandoned their allies. If they continue this will only further enrage the very voters they so desperately need.

Captain Hate

We should ban the word 'generally' because it is a homonym for 'General Lee'.

 narciso.

Actually that 1995 film the net, had a tech company committing murder, but that's a stretch in real life.

boris

The left virtue signals their "tolerance" with denial and excuses for Islamic violence.

The left accuses the right of being Nazis because the right affords constitutional rights for supremacists and holds anti-supremacist violence to the same standard for all.

Captain Hate

Tech companies are filled to the brim with assholes who understand coding very well who would gladly herd those messy humans into camps who don't act as logically as their precious datasets.

Porchlight

Trump once again outsmarts the people who think he's a moron.

With one tweet he gets them to rally in public support of club wielding, hammer and sickle wearing, police hating, masked goons.

John Q. Public does NOT want any part of Antifa.

Now the left is stuck, as Clarice points out. They will not be able to wash off the stink.

Expect Antifa and the war on statues to die down soon, just like the BLM thugs were made to disappear when it began to dawn on the left that they were hurting Hillary.

 joan

Ha! Narciso. Sometimes I think there's no excess or 'stretch in real life' according to the left. Didn't they accuse the government of assassinating Silkwood? As far as the racist eclipse in the Atlantic article, the totality of my skepticism as far as all of those bigoted Americans living underneath it makes me want to run out and bash the next person I see -- be they pink or purple. I'm so sick of people who drench themselves and revel in meaningless articles bemoaning this nation's racism. None of them acknowledge the very real, sincere, and earnest efforts to right this horrible wrong.

There will always be the powerful dominating the powerless -- no matter what the color or where the country.

 joan

Clarice, I hope powerline and instapundit link to your article -- though I think jom is every bit as important and influential!

Thank you.

Great Piece's Clarice!

Jefferson gets a bum rap for his views on slavery. When he wrote the Declaration, congress excised a very important paragraph condemning King George for establishing slavery in America.

He has waged cruel war against human nature itself, violating its most sacred rights of life and liberty in the persons of a distant people who never offended him, captivating and carrying them into slavery in another hemisphere, or to incur a miserable death in their transportation thither. Determined to keep open a market where men should be bought and sold, he has prostituted his negative for suppressing every legislative attempt to prohibit or to restrain this execrable commerce.

I do not even think that they code that well.

There is this myth that current the current "youth programming culture", if there is such a thing, are somehow better than prior generations, and that they are tackling "the really big problems".

Both are bunk to me. If interest rates reflect any sort of meaningful risk, a whole lot of these programmers" would be out of work.

Whenever Google tries to tackle some different and perhaps more difficult problems such as operating systems (Android), Hardware programming (motorola), or Robotics, they have acquired or thoroughly screwed it up. (And do not getting me started on their ludicrous AI initiatives of late.)

Much of what Google does is the extension of prior technologies into a very limited realm.

I would contrast the seminal work in so many areas of organizations such Bell Labs or the old IBM Research (before they got into the PR business) with Google.

Where are these masterful programs, What are these ground breaking technologies or applications?

Add engines?

And, of course, this applies all the more to firms like Twitter or FB.

They do not really advance technology in the nation much at allSome "programmers". In time we will come to see these people as a drag on technological development in the USA, I'd wager.

Ralph L

That was the old comic strip: Terry and the Pirates

I remember confusing it with Steve Canyon (oh, same cartoonist).

DebinGA

I'd think a government entity issuing a permit for a group to gather in a public place would seem to come with a legal expectation of protection by LE. If gov officials intentionally herded hostile groups toward one another to further a Dem meme, I hope they're sued out the wazoo.

Yes, OL, the donks and RINOs are fully invested in ignoring history. As for your second question, probably a Chinese restaurant menu of selections from both sides; although five is a very small number for anything less drastic than hanging them in public.

I think google is far more than a tech company. It is quite aware of how standards-based education actually works, especially when coupled to digital learning, and the consistent memes put out by the mainstream media.

It's not just an ability to control the narrative although it is that. It's an ability to dictate the very categories of thought that guide what gets perceived and what gets ignored. It's the ability to supply the concepts that will then get used habitually without conscious deliberation to interpret the experiences of everyday life.

If events like charlottesville can be arranged and then highlighted and then become the basis of the first week's of school in classrooms throughout the country at malleable periods, you can quite literally rewire brains.

That's the hope anyway and there is about to be a massive real0time experiemnt going on on just this very aspiration. Google knows this because it is integrally tied to stanford and most of these plans were hatched there, especially at the Ford Foundation funded Center for Advanced Studies in the Behavioral Sciences.

It would be humorous if the plans were not so tragic how often I will track an old book from explicit declarations in a footnote. When it arrives the author thanks his work from his year of being a fellow at casbs.

Ignatz Ratzkywatzky

rse,
How do the present efforts at reprogramming differ from past efforts in Germany and the USSR, China etc?
They seem to have failed miserably. Is there really something new under the sun?

cboldt

Chuck Toad was much tougher on antifa proponent Mark Bray on MTP this morning, than he was a few days ago. Toad said that the sentiment of antifa was a minority. Bray disagreed, of course.

Toad also presented a propaganda piece that held the left blameless in Charlottesville.

DebinGA

No wonder homeschooling is growing exponentially nationwide.

cboldt

Ignatz - the left doesn't care if it fails. First it redefines "failure" so it can't fail. By definition, whatever follows from their prescription is success.

I'm of I mind that the left PREFERS what I view as failure. See Venezuela, etc. The goal is a slave plantation, with THEM in charge, where they have fooled the slaves into believing they are free. "Right to vote = freedom" or some such nonsense.

 narciso.

Remember the pax in firefly, it asphixiated many and created the reavers.

rse

Iggy-because they are under the radar. The relatively few parents who are paying attention get sucked into an organized effort on facebook and social media that coordinates together behind the scenes to mislead the parents about what is actually going on.

The definitions given are not accurate. The solutions offered don't get at the actual problems. You get enraged active parents looking in the wrong direction and pushing the wrong solutions. The data-gathering ability is also unprecedented and I seem to be the only noninsider tracking CEDS coupled to something called IMS Global.

Leontiev referred to what was intended for the West via education as the Great Experiemnt because the Soviets recognized they were being manipulated and the americans especially did not.

Ignatz Ratzkywatzky

Google/Facebook/Twitter, like every would be tyrant and censor, are sewing the seeds of their own destruction or at least diminution.
Lying and suppression do not extinguish other people's desires for truth or expression of their views and so, especially in free markets where a new idea serving a suppressed need has massive rewards, a way is always found to work around the suppression. The reason they suppress is why suppression never works over the long term; they quite correctly but in vain try to suppress that which is fatal to their ideology and their aims.

Jack is Back!

Porch,

That is a black and white photo but the flag is actually red. Its the Communist party of Germany and their slogan written along the table banner reads: "It lives the strong red flag".

What antifa has adopted and little if any reported is the red flag of the German Communist party in the 1930's. Photo is probably their convention in 1932.

Still very much active today throughout Europe and here. But no mistake they are a Communist front organization even here.

Anyone surprised about this? At all?

rse

Deb-I would never quote the Heartland on anything. They are intellectual whores driving the false narrative and parents who sign on to online curriculums that are every bit as cybernetic and grounded in casbs principles as anything available in a public school.

I have gone to numerous programs where heartland was speaking and asked hard, specific factual questions referring to their work. I get glares. They matter though because their School Reform News framing the education narrative is delivered to every legislator in every legislature in every state. They work closely with the organized false narrative I noted above. In fact they help run it.

Ignatz Ratzkywatzky

The problem with under the radar or over and all manipulation in the political realm is there always, without exception, comes a 'who you gonna believe Big Brother or your lyin eyes' moment.
So while there are always a few True Believers who swallow the company-line hook, line and sinker and while most will for a period swallow the company-line involuntarily simply so they won't get shot, when you're a North Korean and you're swallowing the crickets that you find in the corner of your hut just to stay alive while you look at pudgy Great and Glorious Leader deep down you know it's all a miserable lie and given half a chance you'll eat him, or march in Tienanmen Square or ride a tank into Moscow or....

The Gipper Lives

Rebel Media's Laura Loomer just got a neo-Nazi website shut down for making assassination threats.

She's also the gal who disrupted the de Blasio/CNN-funded Porn-in-the-Park Trump Assassination play. Just because you have better lighting, bigger budgets and a nicer wardrobe department, it's still no better than a noose left behind by the Klan.
This is all great work by Miss Loomer. We're proud of you, sister. No one but God knows how many lives you may have saved by disrupting both disgusting venues.

I almost never use the phrase "If a Republican did that..." anymore, because I'd have to use it everyday. And, as Ace says, our Betters have arrogated privileges unto themselves, of which you, however, are not worthy.

But imagine if Mike Pence's kid had worn a disguise, thrown a bomb and fought with cops to escape like Tim Kaine's kid did. Every schoolkid in America would know the details. It wouldn't be buried by a complicit #Half-Truth Media. And these were Trump supporters he attacked, not the Klan. Their "crime"?: they voted for Mike Pence, not his dad.

Or if Fox, like CNN, sponsored and promoted an Obama Assassination play. Fox would be off the air today, out of business, their FCC permit pulled forever.

And it's no joke--look at all the dead cops from the Obama/CNN War on Cops, when they incited Black Lives assassins. Today, CNN has moved far beyond reporting the news and is once again stoking a Race War for their own political ends.

Miss Loomer's awesome work captures the entire problem, however:

Neo-nazis and the Klan are a bastard fringe of a fringe to the Right. But neo-Communist Antifah night-riders and terrorists operate under the #Resistance umbrella of #OfficialComplicity on the Left; the Media, the Universities, the corporate foundations and the Democrat Party.

We're against Communist Antifa terrorists *AND* terrorist Nazi.

They're only against Nazis.

Miss Marple the Deplorable

DebinGA,

I have gotten to the point that I cannot even stand to look at his face.

The Louis Gohmert comment didn't surprise me one bit. You have to give Mike Pence credit for sticking with the President, because speculation at the time was that he might drop out of the race.

I notice Pence has been repurposed for foreign trips and internal economic meetings. I think this is because that Ryan and his groups weren't really interested in making any sort of deal or working with the President, despite Mike's long career in the House. Ryan is wedded to his nothing-burger student council claptrap, and about the only thing that would get him to change is Donohoe deciding that Trump's agenda would help the CoC. Since that isn't likely, Trump will simply move ahead and drop a MOAB on Congress, which I heartily support.

Clarice Feldman

Rattler Gator, I've no idea why they pulled wictor. It was on last night and I studied it closely. He made an interesting case based on videos of an April Antifa rally that undercover feds were gathering evidence to charge them--this morning--poof.

Yesterday again with no warning Google cancelled all the accounts of a perfectly rational and respected statistician--dumping all his quora blogs --again with no rational or warning.

Ignatz Ratzkywatzky

--Iggy,

How do you resize them to fit?--

Once you've found a pic you like but it's too big, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page there is usually a selection of different sizes, sometimes dozens of different sizes. Occasionally if it's an obscure picture they don't and so you might have to abandon it if it's too much trouble.
Also, often you can click on the thumbnail of too big a pic and get a good sized one.
Also occasionally in the URL itself you can resize say a 900 pixel wide photo to 400 just by changing the number in the URL.

Ignatz Ratzkywatzky

--Neo-nazis and the Klan are a bastard fringe of a fringe to the Right. But neo-Communist Antifah night-riders and terrorists operate under the #Resistance umbrella of #OfficialComplicity on the Left; the Media, the Universities, the corporate foundations and the Democrat Party.

They're only against Nazis.--

Bingo, Gipper!
The left is in high dudgeon not because Trump doesn't condemn Nazis; he has repeatedly for years.
They're in h. d. because he dares to condemn equally the communist monsters that the left embraces and is part of.

The historical anti-communism of the labor unions and the Dem center was always somewhat a non ideological opposition and was at all times in tension with the sympathies of the further left portions of the party.
With the defection of most of that center to the Republicans leaving only the comm symps what else can we expect but a party of increasing authoritarianism and baldly socialist/communist positions?
Ask GUS; it's the FULL COMMIE.

Yes on shorter.

Virtually every state site against the Common Core was set up by the same people who had a rep in each state and who put out common arguments and refuse to cover certain provable facts. Then at the national level it tracks to certain think tanks of which heartland is indisputedly one. If you were an upset parent who went to a meeting in your community or at the state level you were fed that same narrative.

Then if you had already found me or later found me you told me the stories. Meanwhile I have a lot of unpublished as yet info so I know when a narrative is false. We play a game of what has she figured out.

Jane Robbins used to forward me stuff to ask me a question and because she was lazy I would see the cc's she was working with.
