Mind Your "P's" And, Well, "P's"

From the NY Times:

...the official North Korean news agency issued a more qualified endorsement of talks, expressing a willingness to take part "if they provide a process of putting into practice the proposal for a package solution based on the principle of simultaneous actions."

Please. We are delighted that the North Koreans are no longer stockpiling the letter "P". We look forward to progress on "L", "U", "T", and so on.
