From James Risen at the Times: How Pair's Finding on Terror Led to Clash on Shaping Intelligence
Having read it, I don't know what I have read, but it is surely important. Was it Amateur Hour under Douglas Feith at the Pentagon? Is the CIA oversight of the Persian Gulf hopeless (see Woodward's comment about "The House of Broken Toys", which we continue to believe is the Island of Misfit Toys)?
And post 9/11 is it a serious criticism to say of Feith's group that their motto was ""Leave no dot unconnected."?
