The Wonkette carps to Newsweek about the takedown of Dan Rather. Bill at INDC Journal has thoughts; the Sharp Marble has uncovered the original transcript that was too hot for the MSM.
But hey, Newsweek talked to her, rather than to someone with something to say, so Mission Accomplished! The Wonkette stands on the shoulders of giants and shakes what she's got, but since she is on-line, I guess it beats pole-dancing.
OK, that's the fourth or fifth time I've gone to Wonkette's site on a link from a worthwhile blog. Is she supposed to be witty? On which days of the week is she humorous? I must be mssing something.

She's telling them what they want to hear. Surprise, surprise.

Hmmm...I'd think Wonkette would be impressed by a group of folks demonstrating that a celebrity has no clothes...

I can appreciate good snark as much as the next guy, but I just hate people like her who take political potshots through humorous one-liners but would be completely incapable of backing them up with an actual argument.
