Belgravitas is smiling, and so should we all.
However, in my skunk/party mode, let me just say this - closer to home, the arrows are pointing "down" for Bush's Social Security reform. That will be a huge win for the left blogosphere - they can decide amongst themselves whom to high-five, but for my money, Kevin Drum, Max Sawicky, and Brad DeLong ought to go look for cigars.
But don't light 'em yet.
Not that it's necessarily the case here (this is an observation, not a prediction), but how many times in this administration has Bush or a Bush program been written off by friend and foe alike, only to have him come up with something big and completely change the nature of the game?

I suspect Josh Marshal (http://www.talkingpointsmemo.com/) has/had the most influence.
