A rabid Democrat playing a Democrat President on a hour long weekly tv show on a national broadcast tv network!

BRILLIANT!

Obviously this is untested territory here. Who knows if this sort of program could possibly work. ABC is definitely standing out on a limb here.

This is Hollywood's version of balance -- a show about a female Democrat president to balance the show about a male Democrat president.

If only the shows from a few years ago, about a Democrat senator and a Democrat supreme court justice had succeeded. Then we'd have perfect balance.
