John isn't nearly as weird as Elizabeth. She's dying of cancer and yet she validates his affair with another woman, knowing he's going to be responsible for raising their children with this fruitcake in the background?
I don't have any children. but is this fair to the Edwards kids?
Stranahan has an interesting point which could end up as irony encased in irony for John Edwards.
Some Democrats Will Want Their Money Back : It's already becoming something people are talking about informally but it's just a matter of time before lawsuits start because it's becoming clear that Edwards used campaign money to take his girlfriend on the road with him.
Edwards, who made a fortune from lawsuits, (driving up the cost of healthcare for women,) could find himself spending the last days of his wife's life defending his tortious fortune.
Of Riley, I'd thought so highly.
Of Ri-elle, can't stand the smell.

Best prepare yourself for the long goodbye, hit.

Ugh...True to an extent, JMH. Except all media intake is voluntary.
And honestly, I have spent very little time at Kaus these last couple of weeks.
Hey, speaking of tawdry material -- how about that "Flyff" ad? Anyone else seeing the soft porn cartoon over there on the right?

Best prepare yourself for the long goodbye, hit.
If only Edwards had been able to say "Farewell, my lovely," we wouldn't be wondering to whom "the little sister" is kin.

Haven't seen that one, Mr. H&R, but I did notice a Russian mail order bride ad at the top of the "check this" column last week.

Oh I love it when we get to the tawdry stuff! Avert your eyes Hit!

I'm almost as tired of hearing about Edwards as I am of hearing about Bill Ayers. That's really saying something.

Noticed in your link the New York Times "most Popular" searchs.
Perhaps we should all venture over to the NYT and continuously search for ...

If Obama loses, a lot of Democrats are going to blame Edwards for nobbling Hillary. Lots of them will. He's writing an epitaph for Democrats.
Here's an irony for you, bad. MSM, hypocritically, missed the biggest story of political hypocrisy in it's long sordid existence.
We have ironies, our ancestors had myths.

Bill Clinton must be steamed beyond imagination.

"I'm almost as tired of hearing about Edwards as I am of hearing about Bill Ayers."
I think America needs to know a whole, whole lot more about Bill Ayers and why he is still involved with education in America.
