Assuming this is the fiddling while Rome burns thread I was looking for yesterday, it seems a likely spot for passing along the announcement of a new Science Channel series. In the season opener:
"A locust is shown action scenes from Star Wars to observe its neural responses."
I've got another good one about a bug that was calming eating a blade of grass when it and the blade were eaten by a cow. For a long time everything was dark, then, all of a sudden, the bug wasn't in the cow any longer.
