These guys at Boing-Boing aren't afraid of skinny models or the lawyers who back them!  Fair-use fans, which encompasses many, many bloggers, ought to be rooting against the skinny model with the skinny legal argument.

When I was in college we had a really thin friend who had twins, that were overdue. This woman gained no weight at all except in the belly, and she was so skinny to start with. It was truly amazing that she didn't fall over!
