(That's a bit like scheduling more crossings for the Titanic.) Slowing down the track and screening or padding the steel poles would seem to be a better bet.

All I know is, that if we want the USA to win medals we have to keep Uncle Joe and The Won away from those venues.

So far the biggest upset/surprise for me in the winter Olympic history is our guy Johnny Spillane getting a silver in Nordic Combined. 86 years without a podium finish. It should have been gold. But American's finished 2-4-6. Not even the Norwegians, Swedes or Finns had that kind of team finish. Its possible the American's could win gold in the Team event if they can get their jump points.
