Nathan hale,

I know my "eligibility" focus probably drives some people nuts but mere mention of L. Tribe reminds me that the "invisible" constitutionalist was one of two scholars asked to defend McCain’s citizenship.

In his testimony he ">http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/D?r110:4:./temp/~r110lMwVY8::"> includes:

"And Senator Barack Obama was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961--not long after its admission to the Union on August 21, 1959. We find it inconceivable that Senator Obama would have been ineligible for the Presidency had he been born two years earlier."

He had better examples than Barry. But why not include his #1 student when eligibilty questions were bound to arise?

And now, evidence of a guilty presience.

No going nuts, B. Many here appreciate your focus on that fine distinction.

The left has not yet been able to completely break the US Military.

Appointing Kagan to the Supreme Court will do that.

After making a stand against DADT and the military, and dumping the stant for money, Kagan went to work for Clinton, who was in charge of executing DADT under the law Congress passed and the military obeyed.
Two possibilities. One is that her principles are flexible, which makes me think she should be a politician, not a judge. The other is that she is a military-hating lefty who used DADT as a tool when convenient and ignored it when convenient.
