Team Obama tries to spin the Hillary Rosen "Never worked a day in her life" debacle:
Obama aides say Rosen shows president will take on friends
Well, it also shows his "friends" are wackos that he will take on if enough people howl.

Didn't they say yesterday they had no idea who she was?
Now we're supposed to believe it was a Sister Soljah instance?

I wonder if Hillary will just sit back and take it - for the good of the team. Wouldn't it be fun for her to admit it was the boys in Chicago's idea?

Captain Doughboy says NOW President forgets the first rule of holes be continuing Rosen's attack on Ann Romney.
Reminds me of a question I've been meaning to ask;
What is the second rule of holes?

Which Rosen are they talking about? Carney knows 3...so they are gonna have to be more specific.

It's pretty crowded under that bus these days.Van Jones, the entire nation of Israel, Auntie Zeituni, who has never even gotten an invite, his DUI illegal uncle,Robert DeNiro, heterosexual marriage, conventional energy, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera....
Why there are more bodies under that bus than the ones from the Sinaloa Cartel's yearly kill stats using Fast & Furious firearms.

The case of ACME cigars which one after another keep exploding in Zero's face, must be getting low by now. Is this guy competent at anything?
Did his press secretary think we would not notice Rosen is a consultant to the DNC and has been at the White House a hell of a lot more often than General Petraeus ? Or Sec Panetta? Or even fing big deal Biden?

For you movie fans, think Godfather II, the closing scene.-- Come this winter, 'Bam will be like Michael Corleone -- alone-- all of his friends and family dead or estranged (metaphorically in 'Bam's case, of course) he's just sitting there in a chair on the grounds of some big house, smoking a cig-- alone. he threw everyone under the bus, and he's alone. Can't wait.

narc;
The article doesn't mention that Customes & Immigration intercepted a major shipment of firearms being driven by the central F&F suspect across the border, and were ordered to release him and his shipment by higher ups.

I saw a clip of Obama yesterday leveling a threat at the people and the press if they dare to say anything negative about Moo or his family. Guess it only applies to Moo and the girls, not his opponents.

These are the same people that believed communism wasn't flawed, it was just put into place incorrectly. Attacking Ann Romney wasn't wrong, Hilary Rosen just used the wrong words (iow she didn't dumb it down enough for the serfs to understand).

OT (sorry)
My 90 year old mother in law is in the hospital with pneumonia. She’s been having trouble sleeping lying flat, so I thought I would get her one of those Craftmatic adjustable beds. Does anyone know anything about them? Are they comfortable?
Posted by: jwest | April 13, 2012 at 02:49 PM
jwest - I don't know the answer to that, but might I suggest you look into hospital bed/home-rental options first? You get a reasonably priced range of choices there, and aren't committed/out the money if nothing turns out to be an actual improvement.

The only beds I have ever owned are craftmatics. The former local owner is a close friend of mine. They are very comfortable altho I haven't used the thing that moves them up or down for about 20 years. I've had the one I have now for about 8 years. I figure in a year or two I will need a new mattress.
I would recommend them. (Altho they may have a new name depending on where you are located. Let me know if you need help.)

What the heck. This is nothing new. There are a lot more friends "under the bus" already. What horse manure will they want us to believe next.?

As somebody likes to say, does the left hand of the Obama White House know what the farther left hand is doing?
They had Jay Carney out in front the other day doing the Hilary Rosen, never heard of her routine.

I heard Glenn Beck in the car this AM and he was referring to the "Hillary Rosen triplets" that come to the WH.
It was hysterical.

jwest: The suggestion on renting a hospital bed is a good one. I had one for awhile after my original knee surgery and as i recall insurance covered the cost, or at least 80% of the cost.
Posted by: Sara | April 13, 2012 at 03:34 PM
Thanks for the suggestions on the bed rental (and others). I’ll look into that.
Posted by: jwest | April 13, 2012 at 04:05 PM
In regards to a hospital bed,be sure and go look at the bed first.
Mr. sablegsd got one and the mattress was completely worn out. Now they want us to pay for the new mattress that should have been on there in the first place.
