Florida poll seems to support what the Suffolk polling director said, Florida is going for Romney:
A new Tampa Bay Times/Bay News 9/Miami Herald poll shows Mitt Romney at 51 percent, with President Obama lagging behind at 44 percent. A month ago, Obama was ahead by one point, 48 percent to Romney’s 47 percent.
And a lot of the movement is due to the debate:
The debate prompted 5 percent of previously undecided voters and 2 percent of Obama backers to move to Romney. Another 2 percent of Obama supporters said they are now undecided because of the debate.
“There’s no question in my mind that debate made people stand up and pay attention, and it really wiped away any questions people had about Romney, whether they were undecided or soft for Obama,” said Brad Coker of Mason-Dixon Polling & Research, which conducted the poll for the Times and its media partners.
Dang. A thread short enough to catch up with! I hope my friends here haven't said too much of a profound nature while I've been absent. I'd hate to miss out. Have the doomsayers here calmed down a bit? I'm with the folks predicting at least something close to a landslide.
I'm thinking that expectations have been set so low for Biden that short of a "Y'all in chains" or "FDR going on TV after the crash" remark, this will be spun as a "solid comeback" for the lightworker's team.
Obama ended Iraq, Romney said it was a "tragic mistake", Romney said he shouldn't set a date in Afghanistan. On his first day in office he said he would get OBL. Romney didn't get it. We are tough with the terrorists. (Tee hee)
Obama has a steady hand and clear vision, ROmney has neither.
Ryan: It took the president 2 weeks to say it was a terrorist attack. If we are hit by terrorists we will call it.
We have a security detail on our amb in Paris but not libya?
Biden failed to get a SOF agreement.
We are projecting weakness - we are watching the unraveling of the Obama foreign policy.
Joe smiling through all this serious shite is a big faux pas. Will not sit well with concerned indies who don't appreciate a condescending prick like Joe.
Ryan: We cannot allow Iran to get a weapon. When Obama was elected they had enough fissile material for 1 weapon and now they have 5. I've been fighting for sanctions since 2009 and the admin has fought every step of the way. Iran is brazen.
Malarkey was one of my Dad's favorite charges when I was trying to get out of admitting I did something he didn't think I should have done. "Don't try to fool me with a bunch of malarkey." I must have heard that dozens of times. LOL.
Just turned in. "This is a bunch of stuff" sez Biden.
"What does that mean?" asks the Host.
"It's Irish", says Ryan.
Ryan: They are 4 year closer to a nuclear weapon.
Biden: They are not closer to a nuclear weapon. Fact's matter.
My quick observation; Exactly as expected, Biden is trying to belittle and diminish Ryan by smirks and interruptions and exclamations, both fascial and verbal. Cannot tell yet if he is or will be successful since I just tuned in.
Joe smiling through all this serious shite is a big faux pas. Will not sit well with concerned indies who don't appreciate a condescending prick like Joe.

exactly, Biden looks like a fool laughing at murder of americans
Biden is a blithering jackass. I haven't liked him since the Clarence Thomas hearings years ago. I'd like to wipe that stupid smirk off his face. Go Ryan.
Economy: How long will it take to get unemployment to 6%?
Biden - I dunno because it's Bush's fault. Starts on class warfare. Brings on 47%. Filibusters, lies, lies and lies.
Ryan: We are going in the wrong direction - Biden laughs. We are headed in the wrong direction. 23m americans need work. We need real reforms for real -
Ryan: As the VP knows words don't always come out of your mouth right.
I cannot believe Biden is bringing up the auto accident that killed his wife. We all know the detail about that. I wonder if the MFM will bring it up again. I doubt it.

Biden blames the intelligence community. Biden claims the Administration wasn't told more security was needed. A blatant falsehood.
Posted by: Thomas Collins | October 11, 2012 at 09:11 PM
Biden lies and praises Obama and says what a great job they are doing on iran. He accuses Ryan of betting against America.
What were you first told about the attack Biden?
We were told it was protesters and then the intelligence community changed their mind.]
We did not know they wanted more security there. (Shouldn't you have?)

What is worse, a nuclear armed Iran or war with Iran,

Biden: War should be the last resort. Romney agrees or has he changed his mind.
