Good Morning!
Just awoke in the In-Law's house in Snoqualmie, Washington. Nice view of Mount Si out the bedroom window, with a bit of snow on top. Overcast but quite pretty. Uncle Jim is glad to just be back from work in Dzerzhinsk, Russia, which according to the Guinness Book of World Records "is the most chemically polluted city on Earth."
Fascinating tales about that. Hope everybody has a great Thanskgiving. Uncle Jim could not be happier to be home:)
Bye.

CNS News, via Druge:
"Forget all that turkey, stuffing and pumpkin pie, today should be a day of fasting and atonement for American 'sin.' That’s according to Robert Jensen, a journalism professor at the University of Texas at Austin. Jensen, known for his hard-left politics, also calls Thanksgiving a 'white-supremacist holiday.'
"Jensen’s opinion piece 'No Thanks for Thanksgiving,' appeared on the far-left, Soros-connected website Alternet on Thanksgiving eve. In it, he wrote how Native Americans suffered because of the 'European invasion of the Americas.' He went on to compare the Founding Fathers to Nazi Germany.'“How does a country deal with the fact that some of its most revered historical figures had certain moral values and political views virtually identical to Nazis?' he asked."

At least it's a good game, DOT. I don't recall the Lions playing this well on Thanksgiving Day in awhile.
Did you hear Esiason on Suh on the halftime show? Esiason went out of his way to call out Suh as a dirty player. Esiason didn't think that the Suh groin kick could have been unintentional.
Posted by: Thomas Collins | November 22, 2012 at 03:19 PM
So, the replacements get redemption with that play?
You're right DoT a stupid rule not based on equity which all rules should be based on. If the Lions lose this one then they can commiserate with their cheesehead brethren regarding NFL larceny.

Denmark, France,....and Britain. Muslim Gang Rape Whitewashed in Britain
The article reminds us of this quote - "Sheik Taj Din al-Hilali, Australia’s senior Muslim cleric, to state what has since become painfully obvious to those who truly understand the sheer horror of Muslim attitudes toward non-Muslim women:
“If you take out uncovered meat and place it outside on the street, or in the garden or in the park, or in the backyard without a cover, and the cats come and eat it … whose fault is it, the cats or the uncovered meat? The uncovered meat is the problem….if she was in her room, in her home, in her hijab, no problem would have occurred.”"
Well, at least we'll have a lot of diversity. Diversity is important, right? BTW, who exactly told us how great diversity is? Is there any culture that isn't so great? How bout cannibals? Do we have to understand, appreciate, & accommodate THEM?
