Easy solution: Have Kathy Sebelius issue an ObamaCare reg that all health insurers must fund pot purchases as a mandated coverage. In the Obama Administrative State, Kathy Sebelius' decrees must certainly override federal criminal law.
For all the users & fans of legalized marijuana...I don't want to read one story...NOT ONE about a crappy dead end life lived in mellow oblivion.
Sign a book as you go into the marijuana shop & you are henceforth banned from appearing in any article as a victim. You &/or your children are poor, broke, unemployed, homeless?...who cares....it was your choice.
The last remaining moral, responsible citizens can't keep paying for the repercussions of these now sanctioned free choices.
In whatever manner this pot thing is resolved, there should be psychological medical pot for Mike D'Antoni, who is seeing his team's season go up in a cloud of smoke. See LUN.
Agreed. You have a duty to keep from being out of it, stupefied, or otherwise unable to think clearly enough to cultivate and maintain character virtues.
Looks like the govt lied about the extent of the damage Pollard caused--he only got info on the Palestinians and Syrians, not on the US.
The damage assessment respecting the espionage activities of Jonathan Pollard, serving a life sentence for spying against the U.S. for Israel, has finally been released and it indicates the government grossly exaggerated the focus and harm of his actions http://www.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/NSAEBB/NSAEBB407/:

The damage assessment includes new details on the specific subjects and documents sought by Pollard's Israeli handlers (pages 36-43), such as Syrian drones and central communications, Egyptian missile programs, and Soviet air defenses. The Israelis specifically asked for a signals intelligence manual that they needed to listen in on Soviet advisers in Syria. The document describes how Pollard's handler, Joseph Yagur, told him to ignore a request, from Yagur's boss, for U.S. "dirt" on senior Israeli officials and told Pollard that gathering such information would terminate the operation (page 38).
Under the heading "What the Israelis Did Not Ask For," the assessment remarks (page 43) that they "never expressed interest in US military activities, plans, capabilities, or equipment."
In California after the legalization of medical marijuana the Feds actually cracked down and are still doing so. Clinics, growers, and distributors have been raided, indicted and convicted by the Feds.
A number of cities have been fighting back as well, but that is another battle.
How about a visit from someone who gets treated like he is Anduril?
"The pinnacle of this Obama house of mirrors finally came on May 1, 2011 when, after the dozens of court cases challenging Obama’s eligibility, a challenge that finally wasn’t treated as a carnival sideshow was going to see the light of day. The judges were actually going to listen to the litigants and call Obama’s lawyers out for not presenting a case.
According to witnesses, there was a huge media presence, including C-SPAN (which planned on carrying the hearing live.) This was also the largest eligibility challenge yet to date that included twenty state representatives and thirty members of the military. The courtroom was overflowing with TV cameras everywhere.
But America was too busy at the time carrying Obama on their shoulders for singlehandedly (according to Obama) taking out Osama Bin Laden the day before. The mainstream media, as could be expected, buried the story because of the “coincidence” of Obama ordering Bin Laden to be taken out on the day before the most important and most publicized eligibility challenge to date.
C-SPAN in fact did videotape the hearing but ended up burying it on their website, consigning the most pressing issue of our time to the dustbin of history.
Barack Obama, with the mainstream media’s help, is involved in a cover-up so huge that if he is not successful in destroying this nation, schoolchildren will marvel at it for generations to come.
TK, stay around. We need to have a come back to JOM day. Well except for DWard. Everyone has peccadillos. Certainly we can refrain from baiting and intentional hurting.

http://www.westernjournalism.com/conspiracy-to-hide-obamas-eligibility-problem/
Timeline:
Aug 2010, Whitehouse knows location of Bin Laden,
Pre-April 2011, Trump forces BC issue,
April 27th 2011, Obama releases phony BC,
May 1st 2011, Obama kills Bin Laden,
May 2nd, Coverage of BC/Eligibility trial gets scrubbed.
What a busy week that was!
How was TK treated back then when he pointed this out?

My all time favorite headline was one I saw on a Fox affiliate when Eliot Spitzer was going down.
"Spitzer swallowed by scandal."
Not sure how they got away with that, but I'm glad they did.
