If we've learned nothing else from the Zimmerman trial, it's that Hispanics like to shoot black children for no reason. Yet Marco Rubio wants to let millions more of these predators into our country. Why does Marco Rubio hate black children?
OK, I know it's too early to go OT, but the question of whether Team Obama can keep Taxmangate away from the WH until after the 2014 midterm elections is just too tantalizing a question to resist.
1. we know that IRS Commish Miller and the WH falsely stated that the delays and inappropriate questions came exclusively from a small group in the Cinn Office;
2. a 48 year NonProfit Org IRS veteran atty has testified that the IRS GC intervened and slowed all TP reviews from spring 2010 through summer 2011;
3. Is there a connection between the GC and WH?
4. Lois Lerner copped to the 5th.
Based on 1,2 and 4 NO benefit of the doubt goes to the WH-- NONE. Based on their previous proven false statements (Miller's under oath) the likelihood of 3. being true is very strong. The WH was desperate to keep DEM control of the House and Senate in 2010 elections, and the TP threatened that, so they used the IRS to minimize TP fundraising and effectiveness.
--Yet Marco Rubio wants to let millions more of these predators into our country. Why does Marco Rubio hate black children?--
Well, presumably because he's a typical Hispanic and may very well eat small black children as well.
The real question is why Barry would sign a bill co sponsored by an African American eating Hispanic that might very well result in a grisly end for his own children.
Why does Barack hate Malia and Sasha?
The Treasury IG is swearing that the 2010-2011 TP abuse was exclusively anti- Conservative, no anti-prog work at that time. Hopefully, the IG can testify to what the IRS GC office was doing-- in any event the GC and his people will be 'invited' to testify next. One more step to the WH.. and the step from the GC to the WH is a small one.
“..,As a partner at Washington D.C. law firm WilmerHale in 2008, Mr. Wilkins helped lead the defense of Chicago Reverend Jeremiah Wright’s United Church of Christ when the IRS investigated then Senator Barack Obama’s involvement with the church for any violations of its 501(c)(3) status. “We were so interested in the case we offered to do it pro bono,” Mr. Wilkins told The American Lawyer at the time…”

I think LIz Cheney is one of the most articulate people on terrorism and national security I have heard. Since this is the primary responsibility of the Federal government, not healthcare or legalizing illegal immigration or spying on its citizens, she has my Wyoming vote.
I'll ask my local SEIU representative how to do that.
If I was GZ I am on my way to Peru for an extended vacation.
Hope so for his sake, but isn't his wife still under indictment and the federal government could do something to his passport (if he has one). I suppose they both could go to the Peruvian Embassy an claim asylum.
"On Tuesday I raised the question of why none of the Benghazi survivors, whether State Department, CIA, or private security contract employees have testified publicly before Congress," said Wolf.
"According to trusted sources that have contacted my office, many if not all of the survivors of the Benghazi attacks along with others at the Department of Defense, the CIA have been asked or directed to sign additional non-disclosure agreements about their involvement in the Benghazi attacks. Some of these new NDAs, as they call them, I have been told were signed as recently as this summer."
Wolf continued: "It is worth noting that the Marine Corps Times yesterday reported that the Marine colonel whose task force was responsible for special operations in northern and western Africa at the time of the attack is still on active duty despite claims that he retired. And therefore could not be forced to testify before Congress.
If their jobs depend on it - it does. It lets the regime let them go and suspend their pensions for example. They can sue but you know how that will go.
Perhaps there are some there who don't give a shit and will do the right thing.
Standard NDAs explicily except testimony 'required by applcable law', but usually the contractor must notify the agency to give the agency an opportunity to quash or limit the subpoena. And I agree with RobC that if these 'post event' NDAs were written to prevent lawfully subpoenaed testimony, the court won't enforce them, the court may require closed session for classified info, but the witnesses will have to testify to Congress.
So Jesse Jacka$$ has called for a boycott of Florida as an "apartheid state". Must be a new pro-Hispanic form of apartheid; I can't imagine it would have gone over in South America.
And it's an odd form, too, as the laws that have him spewing venom provide more protection to the people he says they oppress than anyone else.
But his call has reached me, and I will pay it the respect it deserves.
I'm going to Disney World.
(Well, not right now. Right now I'm going to the range to try out a new firearm.)
If their jobs depend on it - it does. It lets the regime let them go and suspend their pensions for example. They can sue but you know how that will go.
The Constitution gives the Congress the power of subpoena and the Supremes have held that power up and given it some teeth, AFAICR.
Can a contract compel you to break the law? Doesn't that void the contract?
OK, I get that this administration isn't really in favor of the rule of law, but...
RobC rightly points out that the NDA can't invalidate lawful Congressional subpoena, so Congress will get its way and get their testimony-- eventually. JIB correctly points out the leverage the Admin thugs have, I mean they did get these NDA's signed in the first place. That shows that the thug tactiscs were effective and that will probably continue. Hopefully some of the contractors go confidential whistleblower out of patriotism and decency. We'll see.
Moody's sent a Chicago message to the Detroit au Prince BK referee. A Govmo type rape of bondholders in favor of already overly favored pensioners will be paid for by every underfunded Blue Hell.
Snyder's letter re the Detroit Democrat Dump is crystal clear. His refusal to further burden the productive citizens of Michigan with paying for Detroit parasites is on a par with Walker's reforms in Wisconsin.
I agree that if they are contractors the NDA is meaningless unless they value their government employment more than letting us know what happened. If I was those guys I would find a pro bono law outfit that protects whistleblowers and start speaking out.
Can I take Jessie Jack@ss at his word? I would like nothing better than to live in a place that I never have to share with him and any of his rainbow coalition grifters and race baiters...
We are back in August for a wedding at St. Pat's. Staying at the Waldorf. August 23 to 26th. Going to first day of US Open at Flushing Meadows. Frederick wants to see real tennis pros after all his tennis camp activity.
Don't know if we have any time for a meet up since our schedule seems fully booked with all the pre wedding and post wedding stuff.
The link is to Snyder's letter formally authorizing Orr to file. Orr has already filed.
The first battle of the OPM Wars has been joined and Snyder stands with the productive rather than the progressive parasites.
I really do appreciate the aggressiveness displayed by Moody's in cutting Chicago's rating three notches. It's a very solid warning salvo (rather than a warning shot).

JIB-
If I was GZ I am on my way to Peru for an extended vacation.
Hope so for his sake, but isn't his wife still under indictment and the federal government could do something to his passport (if he has one). I suppose they both could go to the Peruvian Embassy an claim asylum.

and seek political asylum...

JIB, just go in black face and demand a ballot.

Gorda most foul:

Sounds like the Pisser Formerly of Pitzer is supremely butthurt tonight.

I can't believe an NDA would stand against a subpoena. Particularly a Congressional subpoena.
Posted by: Rob Crawford | July 18, 2013 at 05:53 PM
Rob,
If their jobs depend on it - it does. It lets the regime let them go and suspend their pensions for example. They can sue but you know how that will go.
Perhaps there are some there who don't give a shit and will do the right thing.
Posted by: JIB | July 18, 2013 at 05:58 PM

DANA BEUHLERS' YEAR OFF!! Hahahahahahahahaha!!
Harry Reid told me, Dana got SHITCANNED.
Posted by: Gus | July 18, 2013 at 06:02 PM
JiB-- I beleiev alot of the Benghazi witnesses are 'contract' workers, so pension threats wouldn't apply. Loss of contract work would though.
Posted by: NK | July 18, 2013 at 06:02 PM
The Constitution gives the Congress the power of subpoena and the Supremes have held that power up and given it some teeth, AFAICR.
Can a contract compel you to break the law? Doesn't that void the contract?
OK, I get that this administration isn't really in favor of the rule of law, but...
Posted by: Rob Crawford | July 18, 2013 at 06:04 PM

Posted by: Rick Ballard | July 18, 2013 at 06:20 PM
I agree that if they are contractors the NDA is meaningless unless they value their government employment more than letting us know what happened. If I was those guys I would find a pro bono law outfit that protects whistleblowers and start speaking out.
Posted by: JIB | July 18, 2013 at 06:23 PM
Can I take Jessie Jack@ss at his word? I would like nothing better than to live in a place that I never have to share with him and any of his rainbow coalition grifters and race baiters...
Posted by: Gmax | July 18, 2013 at 06:24 PM
RickB-- will Snyder file a petiton in bankruptcy court tomorrow?
JiB-- I hope the Benghazi contractors have your conviction and courage. They actually would be protected whistleblowers. Here's hoping.
Posted by: NK | July 18, 2013 at 06:26 PM
Gmax,
I live in apartheid Florida and am as happy as a pig in shit.

Now that AQAP have given up the pretense that Al Shehri was pining for the fjords, wonder what happened to Bin Qumu.

NK and jimmyk,
We are back in August for a wedding at St.
Posted by: JIB | July 18, 2013 at 06:31 PM
JiB I intend to join you as soon as SMax heads off to college.
Rick, so is Detroit simply the first to run out of OPM? How much longer can California and Illinois hang on?
Posted by: Gmax | July 18, 2013 at 06:32 PM
"So Jesse Jacka$$ has called for a boycott of Florida as an 'apartheid state.'"
Did he say anything about Selma?
Posted by: Danube on iPad | July 18, 2013 at 06:32 PM
Some Detroit city pensioners are about to be taught a valuable lesson.

Ah, McCain is going to hold up Dempsey, over Syria, McFly!!!
Posted by: narciso | July 18, 2013 at 06:35 PM
NK,
The link is to Snyder's letter formally authorizing Orr to file.
