Cheney On Obama While On Hewitt

Via Hot Air, here is former Vice President Dick Cheney in an interview with Hugh Hewitt, giving his assessment of President Obama:

...if you had somebody as president who wanted to take America down, who wanted to fundamentally weaken our position in the world and reduce our capacity to influence events, turn our back on our allies and encourage our adversaries, it would look exactly like what Barack Obama’s doing. I think his actions are constituted in my mind those of the worst president we've ever had.

Not exactly what I meant to state, which was that my relatively constant opinion of GWB was lower than most other JOMers. I still voted for him twice and don't regret either vote. But my issues with him haven't changed through time.

She is now speculating that she might have written the note thinking that she would ask one of her (many) State Dept sources whether Wilson's wife worked there. But she really doesn't know. Anyway, the notion that this is evidence that Libby told her who Plame (or Flame) was -- that is simply nonsense.
