[Guest post by hit and run*]
So, Hillary's in. And out comes her new campaign logo. Everyone is having a lot of fun with that logo. Let's take a small piece of that action.
I guess we'll replace this old thing:
With this new thing:
There's a lot more that could be said - that should be said - about Hillary's Grand Entrance "go small" launch. But it'll have to be said later or said by someone else (paging Tom Maguire).
I GUESS YOU MIGHT SAY: I'm not quite Ready for Hillary.
Hillary isjn't eligible.

Should be on the side of the van.

With all that's been published on Hillary recently the one thing that bother me most is that their net worth exceeds $100 million. Quite a feat for a couple of public servants. Even more amazing when you consider they were broke and in debt when Bill left office (ha!).
I ask myself what company did they own? What product did they produce, sell and enrich peoples lives?
The only answer I can come up with is - influence. Which answers the next question, why is Hillary running for president.
Answer - she wants to monopolize the market

With all this burden of proof stuff going around why are we acting like a person who was a high ranking federal employee using her own private server (which every foreign intelligence service apparently had access to)should be doing any thing except trying to make bail?

Oh sure, The Hill is going to have small gatherings to speak with real people. I'm sure they'll all be unscripted, just like Queen Elizabeth's gatherings with the commoners.
Whoops! I must correct myself. Queen Elizabeth has no doubt had more unscripted conversations with her subjects than The Hill will with hers.

I'm really confused. Wasn't it last week that we weren't supposed to call her Hillary anymore?
Posted by: boatbuilder | April 13, 2015 at 02:10 PM
At this point, what difference does it make?
Interesting review in the WSJ of a book on the White House from the inside. Apparently the Clintons were roundly disliked.
One of the anecdotes was of a day shortly after Bill got with his hand in the Lewinsky and a staffer came into the presidential bedroom where they saw the sheets covered with blood. Apparently Hillary had clocked Billy Jeff with a book. Either that or an accident while exercising.
The general consensus of the staff seems to have been that the Clintons were the meanest, nastiest, most low rent occupants of the White House ever.

I'm sure they were, matt...until circa Jan. '09.

During the concalve that picked Pope Francis, a British book had Richard Dawkins at 666-1 to become the next pope. One could probably get longer odds on the song linked below becoming Hillary's theme song.

"small gatherings to speak with real people."
Is that guy who Clarice mentioned yesterday a real person?
"The Clinton Foundation reportedly accepted millions of dollars from a Colombian oil company head"
I'd be willing to bet a small amount that that was a very small gathering. No way they wanted witnesses to that.
IMO, every dollar in that foundation came from people who wanted something and were willing to give money to get it.

For the first time in probably 15 years I caught the opening skit on SNL last Sat. and they skewered Cankles' big announcement pretty good. Even brought back Darrell Hammond to portray Slick, who of course steals all the spotlight.
Does it mean anything? Probably not as no bien-pensant living in NYC will ever vote R, but I get the distinct feeling a lot of Ds are less than thrilled to have her as their candidate. But what do I know.

I think not liking her AND the prospect of a Republican win is what is resulting in the major sadz at the office today.
