Jane, do you think Trump might surmount both the standing and ripeness issues with the argument that he is being forced to spend resources against a candidate who is not eligible?
In the 9th Circuit it has been ruled that one candidate can challenge another prior to the printing of an official ballot.

I live Rubio, I really do, but, he seems to be WAY WAY TO EAGER for the job, and will be ANYTHING he thinks will get him there.
He is talented and smart.
Adequate answer from Trump on immigration, brining up various attacks by immigrants and also pointing out we can't afford to have all these people move in.
I guess I can't watch the debate because this hotel I'm in doesn't get the FBN channel. So counting on you all to fill in. JiB, hope the knee gets better.

Jane, I remember the Florida recount. They are desperate to hold onto power, and they would sue.
They would also time it so that it would be hard to get it settled or get another candidate, and they would do the same thing to Rubio (already in the courts in Florida now).
Look what they did to Tom DeLay, to Governor Perry, and to Scott Walker's supporters.
MM-they could sue til the cows came home but it will make no difference-they'll just look like sore losers. Obama's been sued and it nevery stopped him
I thought the exchange between DJT and Mr Cruz was both entertaining and hurt neither of the men. In fact, the sparing was indicative of a certain quick-wittedness.

She shoulda gone bigger.

Senator Rubio is on meth. Slow down sir!!!

Not saying we should choose based on that, just that Cruze should think about it.
Unlike clarice, I think the courts (at least some of them) would take the case because of it being in the Constitution.
However, I am not a lawyer, so will shut up.
