Trump participates in Operation Chaos 2016 by agreeing to debate... Bernie Sanders! Sanders was happy to sign up, since being the Democratic dragonslayer or at least having the brass to try ought to boost his image.
No I've never seen a cross-party debate like this, so I would say we are now moving out of the foothills as we continue the 2016 ascent towards Peak Crazy.
Maybe they can debate why Hillary is still sitting on her Goldman Sachs speeches, since her original ludicrous objection was that other candidates on the Republican side where being held to a different standard. Is that still operative - Bernie has no payday speeches to release and my impression was that Kasich, not Trump was the Republican holdout.
The NY Times editors pounded the table for the speech transcripts a while back but will be fully in the tank for Hillary now. After tut-tutting her email debacle they will forget about that, too. But there is a lot for Bernie and The Donald to debate!
I like the Iowahawk twitter assault on stock photos...
"I am man enough 2 vote 4 a woman" is the actual Hillary text. So far he is goofing on the photos.
The pictures look more like "I am man enough 2 pee in the little girls room" to me.

“Donald Trump was drooling over the idea of a housing meltdown, because it meant that he could buy up a bunch more property on the cheap,” she said at the Center for Popular Democracy’s annual gala in Washington, D.C.
“What kind of man does that? Root for people to get thrown out on the street? Root for people to lose their jobs? Root for people to lose their pensions?”

"Reports emerged during Warren’s Senate campaign in 2012 that she profited off her native Oklahoma City’s volatile market in the 1990s.
Warren reportedly loaned money at high interest rates to relatives and purchased foreclosed properties at bargain prices. The Boston Herald reported that Warren took part in about 12 Oklahoma real estate deals.
Warren's office on Wednesday said there was nothing wrong with those transactions.
"Senator Warren and her husband Bruce are fortunate to be in a position where they have been able to help relatives buy their homes and in some cases make a living by fixing up houses and managing rental properties," Warren press secretary Lacey J. Rose said in a statement."

Paul Ryan, married to a Democrat lobbyist, symbolizes the Uniparty.
Posted by: cheerleader | May 26, 2016 at 12:53 PM
BlueOx,
If the debate happens, Trump will focus on areas of agreement (Hillary SUX. Washington is CORRUPT. The Uniparty is beholden to donors and special interests and unresponsive to voters' needs. Etc.) and downplay areas of disagreement. He will get a few gentle zingers in.
Trump is playing both Hillary and Bernie. He knows Sanders won't be the nominee. This is a way to further the Dem internal rifts and possibly capture Bernie supporters (many of whom he's already captured) while he's at it.
Also, ratings gold. Also, he and Bernie can set the terms of the debate since they came up with it. Thus letting the networks know once again who's driving this train.
Win-win-win.

A Trump Sanders debate hands Bernie's people the only lifeline they have left - a chance to show how he has what it takes to beat Donald. Why would he roll over and help Trump snipe at Hillary?
It's pretty easy to see how this blows up.
"Look, I think your policies are wrong for these reasons but at least you adhere to them because you believe them unlike Crooked Hillary who only believes in enriching herself and her pervert husband."
You're right, Donald, unlike them, and unlike YOU, I'm not concerned with enriching myself so I can bag "the world's best women".
They also would be coming together to debate for charity.
Here's an interesting quote from the last charity Donald promoted -
"In a classic fraud move, made himself look good to the public, by lying to the American people, and veterans, about how much he raised for veterans' groups, when he hid behind them to get out of the GOP debate"
etc., etc., etc.
