INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- A search warrant says employees of an Indiana voter registration group with ties to the Democratic Party submitted several hundred registrations that included false or fraudulent information.
The warrant was unsealed Monday at the request of Patriot Majority, the group at the center of an Indiana State Police investigation. The warrant indicates state police contacted a handful of workers who admitted to falsifying registrations.
It was not immediately known if the fraudulent information resulted in illegally cast ballots.
Voter registration groups are required by law to submit all registrations they collect, even if they know they contain inaccurate information.
Many of the questionable registrations were flagged to elections officials when they were submitted.
The group says it was trying to register black voters in underrepresented areas before last week's election.

"Raleigh, N.C. – A formal protest has been filed with the Bladen County Board of Elections to challenge several hundred apparently fraudulent absentee ballots cast for Roy Cooper and other Democrats in Bladen County. Initial evidence laid out in the protest suggests a “massive scheme to run an absentee ballot mill involving hundreds of ballots, perpetrated by and through the Bladen County Improvement Association PAC,” a political action committee funded by the N.C. Democrat Party and other prominent statewide Democrats."

Janet, just learned tonight on local NPR news that we in NC have a provision where a contested election--such as our gubenatorial race--can go to the legislature to be decided by them if they are petitioned by one of the candidates.
Governor McCrory may yet be declared the winner.

These people are nuts, women with "internalized
misogyny" didn't vote for Hillary.
During an appearance on MSNBC on Monday, former Clinton campaign communications director Jess McIntosh claimed it was women with “internalized misogyny” who couldn’t bring themselves to vote to elect the first woman president.
When she was asked by Chris Hayes why Hillary didn’t do better with white women than Barack Obama did in 2012, McIntosh responded, “Internalized misogyny is a real thing and this is a thing we have to be talking about as we go through and see.”
McIntosh then echoed what she claimed was Obama’s assessment.
“We as a society react poorly to women seeking positions of power. We are uncomfortable about that and we seek to justify that uncomfortable feeling because it can’t possibly be because we don’t want to see a woman in that position of power,” McIntosh said.
“As we go through these numbers, as we figure out exactly what happened with turnout, it seems to be white college-educated women,” she continued.
“We have work to do talking to those women about what happened this year and why we would vote against our self-interest,” McIntosh said.

Puppy update:
We are down to one pup. The little girl wasn't doing well and the hubs and I were tired from 48 ho9urs with no sleep so the daughter and her fiance took her home with them and took over duties of feeding every two hours last night. She was still doing poorly this morning and a trip to their vet revealed that the girl was not fully formed and had no anus. After much tears they had her put down. :(
The little boy is a feisty one. I think we may call him Pudge. He's over enjoying the solo trips to the all you can eat pup bar - every half hour.
