The falls are due to weakness rather than tripping, which I am pretty sure is because she's dehydrated (because she's lying about how much water she drinks during the day) and hunger (because she's lying about eating lunch every day).

Agree that fat is related to mental health---whether it's cholesterol or omega three's (found in grass fed meat) decreasing inflammation or both, I have long wondered if the low fat recs have played a role in the massive amount of anxiety and depression we now see.
