This has nothing to do with making Americans safe from terrorism, and everything to do with promoting the strategic and economic interests of Saudi Arabia.

Interesting take from Rush in Hour 1. He is commenting on FOX trailing CNN and MSNBC in the ratings for the 1st time in 20 years, and he is sharp enough to notice that this is because of the new FOX genius's intentional effort to go away from what worked for the last generation.

Rush says the FOX braintrust believe everybody will eventually come back and make them number 1 again but Rush doesn't think that is true. Rush says that when people go on news shows they want to be seen by the largest audience and now that FOX is failing guests will go elsewhere. He also says that when guests go on FOX they used to modify their views a tad in order to be most impactful to the viewing conservative FOX audience, but now that FOX is 3rd guests will go on CNN and MSNBC and guests will modify their opinions to appeal to the audiences of CNN and MSNBC, so Rush's overall conclusion is that we will be hearing a lot more Left Wing opinions on TV and the FOX boys haven't planned on that.

Kim Dotcom seems to be saying that he had conversations with Rich who was using the pseudonym Panda (which was uncovered by The_Donald and /pol/) and that he didn't know it was Rich until later.

He says he knows that Rich was involved in the DNC leak.

He is willing to cooperate with Mueller and any other authorities and to give evidence, if he can be guaranteed safe passage.

Sounds like he may actually have the goods this time.

The one thing that does give me pause is President Trump's comment during the debates about a "400 pound hacker sitting in his bed."

My sister and I believe that President Trump knows a lot of stuff that many in DC don't realize, and he knew this stuff BEFORE the election. I think he had some level of intelligence from his own people, and it is quite possible he was contacted by people outside the government about shady things going on.

So, maybe this guy Kim is a blowhard, or maybe he has been biding his time. We will just have to wait and see.
