From the end of the other thread.

The unwillingness to roll back ocare needs to be seen through the central roll health is supposedly to pay in 21st century economies per the planners.

The concept is called "Eds and Meds" and there was an article yesterday about syracuse ny liking the employment, but then there is the little problem that these entities pay no property taxes unlike industry.

This paper is an example of the analysis. http://igeographer.lib.indstate.edu/parrillov111.pdf

It's actually only sustainable in a Guaranteed Minimum Income world and that is actually not sustainable either. Don't tell the pols though. They have plans for us.

On topic, I have a niece who just seems to love to get tattoos. She keeps wondering where her "good job" as I was an Honors College grad is.

My mom has a hard time looking at her arms and she refuses to come to holiday gatherings in anything not sleeveless.

Captain Hate

One of the few things Father Hate told me that I accepted unquestioningly was that tattoos ultimately fade and look terrible. That he had a friend who was Exhibit A of that helped with the acceptance. I passed it down successfully to the next generation.

There is an old saying that tattoos are what you get at twenty and regret at 40.

Sweat discharges impurities created by "energy production."

The general impurity category is "Mucus." Today's "good" diet creates mucus in the body. Raising body temperature and "the burn" helps the body liquify and "flush" the system of mucus.

Good self-test? Workout and scratch your scalp. What nails will rake up is a combination of skin cells, liquid salts, and MUCUS.

The scalp accumulates dandruff, right? A little Head and Shoulder and it's under control right?

But the flakes are nothing more than secreted mucus that's dried. Sure, wash it away. No prob. Problem solve, right? Not so fast. The engine greating it in bulk is dietary consumption patterns.

Imagine this happening on an ink-stained torso? It's a tremendous work-around for the body to take a lesser resistance path.

And that never-never land of the lymph nodes where stuff just dissipates as stated in the article? That's pure BS. Lymphatic cancer? "Oh, the cancer spread to the lymph nodes." How many times have you heard it?

Suppress the body's plumbing and detoxification of its bacterial compounds and it will supress you. That is the Natural Law.

Prayer's to a Loving God won't mean squat if the person's goto practice is to remain ignorant, flaunt the Natural Law, and then beg a Loving God to help them (not forgive them--- help them now the way that they see fit cuz THEY BE GOD. (Dontcha know?)

People get tattoos for one subconscious controlling reason--- in order to hide who they really are (most of the time they are hiding evidence of their not knowing who they are).

After years in the ascendant period of this trend (the 90s) counseling and advising young people I found that "lab" informative as to the "unfelt needs" youth have to explain the misunderstood complexities of body, mind, and spirit to themselves in unafraid ways.

Tatts work. Or so it seems to some.

With all of this lethal nonsense spreading to endemic proportions across DC, I wonder whom among the many players we'd consider White Hats have the skill set to pinpoint the mental confusions of the Black Hats, therefore empowering "our side" to anticipate what the black hats have done in secret, what will likely be revealed, and how to strike devasting psychological blows against them?

I know from his past behaviors so far in this fight, POTUS wears the biggest White Hat--- and has the cattle to justify it. He uses his head as more than a hat rack. The asshats? Not so much

RSE, if you get a chance can you link that Syracuse story? I googled to no avail. Living in a small college town now dominated by the university and medical center, I periodically share these stories on FB just to rile my friends and acquaintances, most of whom get some portion of their household income from Cornell and complain about the poorly run city.

henry

Re ACA fail. Your want robots? Keeping Obamacare is how you get robots. I heard the morning radio guys say that "we are set with employer provided healthcare" so only worried about other Americans getting screwed by Obamacare. Wrong. The price of insurance goes up for your employer, not just the saps on the exchanges. That means two things: 1, your raise goes to pay the insurance premium instead of your bank account; 2, more robots, fewer employees.

http://www.routefifty.com/infrastructure/2017/07/resilient-cities-infrastructure-syracuse/139764/ is the story from yesterday.

I usually am off reading confessional old books these days that tell me precisely how today's plans for us fit in. I tend to check jom between chapters.

You might find http://results4america.org/our-work/results-for-all/results-global-landscape-review/ relevant as well.

A few days ago the new Guidelines for Ed Tech for K-12 to guide the development of the products our children will be immersed in with our money cross-referenced and incorporated the "Logic Model Devt Guide" pulling together "planning, evaluation, and action" that had been created by the Kellogg F to guide their grantmaking in "systems change" work back in 1998.

It was updated in January 2004. It's all planning of the kind the Russians called Upravleniye and it is absolutely being brought to us today in the name of health, evidence-based education, Equity, What Works Cities, and other programs being put in place at the state and local levels with national and global templates.

We have shifted to the Marxian Human Development Society and the uniparty and their Chamber of Commerce allies and virtually every major religion and virtually every think tank however labelled are all planning away.

Most are premised around ed and health understood not in the deficit sense, but in the sense of well-being being a primary purpose of govts in the 21st century.

And on topic, the tattoos are in color for the most part. Very sad as if life is merely the facade of being.

What does that mean?
Cancer very often does spread to the lymphatic system because it is the primary transport system for cancer cells in metastasis.
Since the lymphatic system is full of epithelial membranes it is also the site of primary cancers: lymphomas.

McCain's vote may have just proved to a Veteran community that all those rumors of him turning while a POW could be true. That vote was supposed to be his revenge shot at Trump but it ended up being a dagger to the heart of the middle class in America who are struggling with the premiums, deductibles and co-pays of ObamaCare.

Ig... we dont slide out of bed like trout because our we don't function, nor are we built like trout.

But since diet causes *EXCESS* mucosa in the body which the body secretes via glands *AND* cells. The most common deluge secretion is the common cold.

Certain foods can create such accute buildups that pulmonary disorders result.

Re my comment on the lymph glands "where things dissipate." Maybe for a while in a healthy body. But given exposure to internalized pollutants-- ink--- and other atmospheric pollutants (of which there are now 258 plus found in human female umbilical chords after birth) the lymph glands are highly vulnerable.

My BS callout was on the glib notion of THAT article from the NYT that things go there to dissipate.

That's all. Must've written my post poorly to stimulate such a billious retort--- the trout and all. No time for this. Speaking of anything medical, legal, or scientific seems to require a polished pro-journal format to avoid trout comments.

Likewise.
WWDD = what would democrats do?
They'd block compensation to the insurance companies for Barrycare generated losses which, since Barry provided them without actual statutory language or appropriations allowing them, presumably Trump could do alone.
When the insurance companies screamed and all exited Barrycare "marketplaces" they'd shrug their shoulders and say "you didn't want us to repeal it".
They'd enforce the employer and individual mandates. They'd give them Barrycare good and hard until they wanted something else because the political price of not supporting its repeal would be higher than the price of lying about repealing it and leaving it in place.

What they would NOT do is soften it's blow to make an abomination of the other party just barely palatable and ensure its continued existence.

Quite an interesting night and I fully expected the ending we got. When McCain came back and lectured the body in the fashion he did, it telegraphed this result. At least it did to me.

But I think Trump fully anticipated this possibility. They've gone through layered excercises, IMHO, looking at potential outcomes and scripted out certain generic responses -- much as the military participates in war games.

Trump knows there is a fatal flaw in ObamaCare and has been holding that "trump" card in his back pocket. But he made the essential play in his first days in office. The Democrats never really anticipated a Donald Trump as the Chief Executive and ObamaCare granted TREMENDOUS POWER to the President, and Congress, through its actions under Obama, granted FURTHER POWER to the chief executive.

This truth provided President Trump, as long as the OL's of the world don't freak the hell out, the time to let this Kabuki Theater nonsense to play out. It provided him a period leading into the 2018 election cycle where these idiots would be forced to show their hand and expose themselves.

MINIMIZING THE ECONOMIC BURDEN OF THE PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT PENDING REPEAL

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. It is the policy of my Administration to seek the prompt repeal of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111-148), as amended (the "Act"). In the meantime, pending such repeal, it is imperative for the executive branch to ensure that the law is being efficiently implemented, take all actions consistent with law to minimize the unwarranted economic and regulatory burdens of the Act, and prepare to afford the States more flexibility and control to create a more free and open healthcare market.

Sec. 2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary) and the heads of all other executive departments and agencies (agencies) with authorities and responsibilities under the Act shall exercise all authority and discretion available to them to waive, defer, grant exemptions from, or delay the implementation of any provision or requirement of the Act that would impose a fiscal burden on any State or a cost, fee, tax, penalty, or regulatory burden on individuals, families, healthcare providers, health insurers, patients, recipients of healthcare services, purchasers of health insurance, or makers of medical devices, products, or medications.

Sec. 3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Secretary and the heads of all other executive departments and agencies with authorities and responsibilities under the Act, shall exercise all authority and discretion available to them to provide greater flexibility to States and cooperate with them in implementing healthcare programs.

Sec. 4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the head of each department or agency with responsibilities relating to healthcare or health insurance shall encourage the development of a free and open market in interstate commerce for the offering of healthcare services and health insurance, with the goal of achieving and preserving maximum options for patients and consumers.

Sec. 5. To the extent that carrying out the directives in this order would require revision of regulations issued through notice-and-comment rulemaking, the heads of agencies shall comply with the Administrative Procedure Act and other applicable statutes in considering or promulgating such regulatory revisions.

Sec. 6. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:

(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or

(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.

(c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

Mucus is not evil. The body has its intended purpose. EXCESS MUCUS can reach crisis proportions--- extreme (CODP) and non-extreme (COLD).

There is secretion that is pro-mission (normal) and there is DISCHARGE that is in accord with Code Red conditions that are affecting health balances.

Then there was the lympho nonsense spewed glibly by the NYT author.

I believe I sufficiently clarified what I meant by my initial reference to the lymph glands. So we agree on the onset of cancers in those glands as perfect testimony that things don't go there "to dissipate" over time as health and vitality decline.
