As I understand it there were 2 Lawsuits re:Taylor Smith.

The 1st was that the fired Disc jockey named Mueller sued her for $3 Million for intentionally getting him fired. That was tossed out by the Judge a couple days back.

The 2nd is her Civil suit against him filed I think after the first Lawsuit and asking for retribution of only 1 Dollar total. She is going after him and his Lawyers very hard on the witness stand and doing very well from what I've read.

I think he intends to file a 2nd Lawsuit against her mom and agent for intentionally getting him fired after this 2nd Trial proceeds. My impression is that he is as untrustworthy as the other Mueller and is getting his ass handed to him. I really am amazed the Oprah's and the Ellen Degeneris types aren't full of praise for her toughness on the witness stand. There has to be a reason for them to be as uninterested in her trial as their apparent uninterest in the Sarah Palin Trial.
