China owns the platinum mines in Zimbabwe. They are going to dig out every atom regardless of how many lives it costs.

Wonder how long it will take them to figure it out?

wish you were here. damn this was a great roast. had enough for seconds and helped myself!

Like I say, they look at the robber baron as the ideal firm of capitalism, particularly the resource tycoons so it will be like gledi prime if they have anything to do with it.

Dave (in MA)
Now judge Jeanine and Geraldo have reported fallen for the travisnockasham around justice moore.
In reference to the Congressional Pervert Slush Fund, Whoraldo felt in necessary to point out that it was not only for Democrats, invoking by name the guy who got booted because he was found playing rock/paper/scissors in the airport shitter looking for anonymous dong.

About Gerald all I can say is gi Joe had his number back around 1983, when he usually waa a stooge of cobra!!! If not a plain stooge.

Who was the other Repub who resigned? He was briefly Speaker after Newt, I think, perhaps Livingstone.

Actually we've built a rather lengthy list ...

Yes it was, because he had a relationship with a lobbyist, and he ended up among other things one for Russia.

Well that enough absurdity foe tonight, I bid adieu.

Good grief Appalled.

Trump won Georiga by 5.1%, well after the tape was public, well-played, and well-covered by the media. The roided-up creep, Ryan, even went out to his lovers in the media, to sniff that Trump should drop out because his virgin ears had never heard such a thing before. OMG some then B-lister, telling a C-lister, to go grab some pussy IS THE WORST THING EVER TO BEFALL MANKIND. WHO COULD SAY SUCH A THING? HOW WILL THE REPUBLIC SURVIVE WHEN AN ADULT MAN TELLING ANOTHER ADULT MAN TO GRAB SOME PUSSY?

In Ryan's world, he should have said cock.

Would have made it all better.

Bimbo Eruptions, 2017 Edition:

Hillary comes to defense of ‘accountable’ Al Franken

“Look at the contrast between Al Franken, accepting responsibility, apologizing, and Roy Moore and Donald Trump who have done neither,” Clinton said.

“[That] is the kind of accountability I’m talking about. I don’t hear that from Roy Moore or Donald Trump.”

If this evil harpy keeps this up she may just get Roy Moore elected.

Deplorable Don Surber notes a name familiar to those reading MissM.
"Novelist Thomas Wictor made the case that the soldier who defected from North Korea shows that North Korea is in no shape to fight any war."
Then quotes extensively from Pres Trump's speech in Korea, snip:
"The Korean miracle extends exactly as far as the armies of free nations advanced in 1953 — 24 miles to the north. There, it stops; it all comes to an end. Dead stop. The flourishing ends, and the prison state of North Korea sadly begins."
The speech was impassioned and showed determination. Don describes the puerile press reaction:
"Here is how the press reported that speech:
NPR: "As The World Watches Trump In Korea, His New Jersey Golf Course Gets A Plug."
The Washington Examiner: "Trump praises his New Jersey golf club, Korean golfers during speech to National Assembly in Seoul."
The Hill: "Trump touts New Jersey golf club during South Korea speech."
The Washington Post: "Trump promotes his New Jersey golf course during speech to South Korea parliament.""

Torches and pitchforks don't seem like nearly a strong enough response:

The cities of Indio and Coachella partnered up with a private law firm, Silver & Wright, to prosecute citizens in criminal court for violations of city ordinances that call for nothing more than small fines—things like having a mess in your yard or selling food without a business license.

Those cited for these violations fix the problems and pay the fines, a typical code enforcement story. The kicker comes a few weeks or months later when citizens get a bill in the mail for thousands of dollars from the law firm that prosecuted them. They are forcing citizens to pay for the private lawyers used to take them to court in the first place. So a fine for a couple of hundred dollars suddenly becomes a bill for $3,000 or $20,000 or even more.

In Coachella, a man was fined $900 for expanding his living room without getting a permit. He paid his fine. Then more than a year later he got a bill in the mail from Silver & Wright for $26,000. They told him that he had to pay the cost of prosecuting him, and if he didn’t, they could put a lien on his house and the city could sell it against his will. When he appealed the bill they charged him even more for the cost of defending against the appeal. The bill went from $26,000 to $31,000.

Who owns the Alabama leftist running for the US Senate? George Soros!

Read his plan to destroy Alabama, IMO.

Somebody needs to off George Soros.

But, I want to vent about that feminist who wrote the article for a minute. As I read along, I kept thinking -- but, women need men -- she acts like they're an accessory to women's lives.

She's really lying here:

"As I write this, only one woman has alleged that Franken assaulted her; if her story emboldens others to tell theirs, and the senator is revealed to be a serial predator, then I wouldn’t want him in a position of power for one more minute."

And I kept asking, why are democrats/leftists/feminists such liars? Such gawddamn liars. Because they are. She piled the guilt onto Republicans as if we didn't have a continuous history of repulsive Democratic behavior in the highest of places.

"And if by some miracle, Republicans actually do start holding their own accountable for sexual misconduct...."

Again and again we've seen Republicans step down because of their peccadilloes and affairs.

Oh, I don't know why I'm bothering. If you take a look at the three women's faces in the picture that accompanies the article, you'll see what their mission in life is, and it isn't anything worthwhile or enlightening for the human condition.

Miss Marple the Deplorable

It's a shame we can't round up people like Soros and make them sleep on a mattress on the floor and tell them to fork over 70% of their ill-gotten gains.

Here's a handy site, in which Sherrod Brown's net worth is listed at $16 million.

Opening morning of Gun Deer season. It's raining. May snow later this morning, mother more rain. Do I stick with the lever action 30-06, or switch to the AR pattern 308? I could go full Rambo on these goddamn squirrels.

Seriously, as stated above I have passed on many shots that were not sure quick kills. A few years ago, the DNR handed out unlimited doe tags here. A group of high school kids ran around and shot every deer they could find. 37 or so, of which 3 were bucks. We don't see many deer these days, it will take a decade for the herd to recover.

Jane - not "in"

According to that site MM, good ole Sherrod has worked in government his entire life - never had a real job and is worth $16million.

Spain's Defence Minister has been ridiculed after falling victim to two famous pranksters who told her deposed Catalan president Carles Puigdemont was a Russian spy codenamed Cipollino.

Russians Alexei Stolyarov and Vlamidir Kuznetsov, better known as Lexus and Vovan, made headlines two years ago after fooling Sir Elton John into thinking he was talking to Vladimir Putin about gay rights.

Last night Maria Dolores de Cospedal was put on the back foot after she was apparently duped into believing she was talking to Latvia's Defence Minister Raimonds Bergmanis.

Crooked Hillary Clinton is the worst (and biggest) loser of all time. She just can’t stop, which is so good for the Republican Party. Hillary, get on with your life and give it another try in three years!

I can't help it. I love his tweets. Look at this. He continues the Crooked Hillary nickname, points out what a loser she is, and yet dangles the chance that she could be a viable candidate in 2020, which will only continue the division in the dems.

He is known here as restraining order, the prank is rooted in truth, the whole Catalan operation is a maskirovna, and taqiiya as Saul montes Bradley (whose tweet count has been suppressed recently)

Miss Marple the Deplorable

Thanks. We all think about the pitfalls Tillerson faces in the State department, but Interior has a lot of lefties due to the environmental movement people embedding themselves.

Secretary Zinke, being from Montana, probably doesn't have a sentimental attitude about hunting, as Montana licenses hunting for a variety of larger game animals.

He probably had it surface on his desk and didn't think about the PR disaster it could become. I am very glad President Trump put the decision on hold until a solution can be worked out.

The amount of outrage that appeared so quickly indicated to me that there was a huge anti-Trump campaign ready to go once the thing was signed.

I probably should start following some of these groups on Twitter which are wildlife oriented. I think it is possible they are geared up for some sort of push. You can make arguments all day long about pipelines or drilling and it's usually easy to combat that with facts and the prospect of potential jobs, but animal suffering is an easy cause to sell and also, unfortunately, very easy to use for nefarious purposes.

Miss Marple the Deplorable

Twitter is very sneaky.

I have noticed something over the last few days. I keep my Twitter feedopen all day on a separate tab so I can check for breaking news. I refresh it constantly, probably every 50-100 tweets or so.

What I have noticed lately is when I refresh, I am getting repetitions of tweets that are already down in the list and have already seen. It's almost like they are padding my feedso that I don't notice fewer tweets because people have been surpressed.

I have checked and these repetitions are not from retweets or "likes." They are simply repeats.

If you are on Twitter a lot, start paying attention. Some conservatives have been shadow banned, somoe have lost verification. Some of the people I followed hadve been mysteriously unfollowed.

Miss Marple the Deplorable

Here is a formatted Twitter thread by Saul Montes-Bradley, which ChiTown Lurker called to my attention. It is very informative and yet infuriating, in that I didn't know that the PLO had an embassy in DC which we pay for!

AP has an article today saying Trump and Tillerson have invoked a clause in the Palestinian Mission agreement that allows them to close the mission in 90 days after an investigation of Abbas’ attempt to get the International Court to go after Israel.

Al Franken Weeps On Senate Floor While Discussing 'Violence Against Women Act'

Hunting isn't cruel! Whether we hunt with bow or rifle, someone will take issue with our hunting methods. It's a relatively humane way to die compared to what actually happens in nature. They aren't sedated like your pet might be at the veterinarian's office, they usually die a violent, agonizing death by car, predator, exposure or starvation. They don't die peacefully in their sleep. Though a hunters slug, bullet or arrow can cause an animal pain and trauma, it's no worse than any other way a wild animal dies. Ethical hunters make sure to minimize any suffering by making well placed accurate shots. It's not just about the thrill of the chase, it's also about respecting the animal we hunt. Beauty is in the eye of the bowholder! Good luck GUS!

Quite true, but talking to my daughter you would think they all lived to a ripe old age and then keeled over with a heart attack and died painlessly.

What the hell is going on with the new firefox? I generally have a couple of browsers going with several tabs in each. Now I can't figure out how to switch. Anyone know?

Plus the damn things won't move.

I agree. Plus, it took me an entire day to spot the location of the refresh button, over on the far left.

I thought it was supposed to be faster, but it seems to be taking twice as long to load.

This article has tons of pictures, both of the house in its decrepit edition and the renovated version with all of the stuff that went up for sale. Lots of old family pictures of the pair, too.

These are the Bouvier relatives who became hermits and were subjects of a documentary film.

The article doesn't seem to have the links on the side so it is probably somewhat safe for tablet users.

I use Firefox through a third party called "Swagbucks" which my grandson clued me into. (It's a place where you get points for surveys and purchases, etc.)

Anyway, on my screen I get the original page, and to the right at the top next to the tab is a plus sign, which when I click on it lets me go to a new page while the other remains open.

I don't know if your page shows the same configuration, but if there is a plus sign next to a tab, click on that and it should work.

That website on the Restraining Order has a lot of inaccuracies, including who his wife is; the one listed is his first wife who took a restraining order out on him. The current fatassed bigmouthed shrew has been hitched to him since 2004. Also he briefly worked as a teacher before diving in the political cesspool.

I hate the hoarse voiced goof with the heat of a supernova so I don't appreciate or trust sites that get things wrong.

No surprise.."impeach" Al Green/Maxine Waters are the most vapid, corrupt example of why affirmative action became the vehicle of failure it is.

And this is not bias. Thank God Clarence Thomas, Deroy Murdoch, Ben Carson, unsung Asian, AA citizens** are grateful positive outcomes of help received .
But system abusers like Sheila Jackson Lee, Barack, Michele, Luis Gutierrez, Eric Holder, Chelsea's in-laws (parents), etc. are just people with no conscience, character, that use their positions to self-serve --never in service to others! Their purpose is to deny equal, fair..even legal...as long as their graft and protection continues.

I used to believe in the expectation of All government employees, elected or appointed, required honest service to the United States of America--it's CITIZENS--first and above all else. Under God and our laws--
You get back what you give in life--even if it's after your soul departs your body& mind..I would really like to witness a few reckonings for the corrupt, but, find solace in knowing they will not escape judgment.
