Even the NY Times editors seem to recognize that busting Flynn, Kushner or anyone else for post-election conversations (probably legal) and lying about them (definitely not legal or smart) isn't quite the 'stolen election' collusion we were promised on the road to impeaching Trump and replacing him with Hillary. Or Chelsea.
Presumably Team Mueller hopes to put the wood to Kushner or Don Jr. for lying about the post-election contacts with the Russian Ambassador, then leverage that into some pre-election dirt.
Or if they are fully committed to an establishment coup they can try to argue Trump impeded an investigation into, well, the veracity of Flynn's recall of a tapped conversation with the Russian Ambassador.
Lots more at Lawfare and, like the young-again Tiger, they are mostly in the middle of the fairway.

Oh, it's just a matter of time; Mueller has Trump dead to rights on jaywalking and has photos to prove it. And Jeff Sessions has probably used some arcane regulation to replace Mike Pence with Kamala Harris.

Really good to have box back on the Dark Side.

Watching Tiger tease his fans before blowing up has been the most entertaining thing for me since interception King Favre retired

Good article by McCarthy. Yet I wonder, does he feel any responsibility for this witch hunt? The magazine to which he contributes has lead an unwavering 'conservative' attack against Trump for almost two years. They've been referenced by the pundits and throughout blogosphere whenever the left needed to bolster their 'both sides hate him' vitriol. It's much easier to sell the public on a disgraceful fishing expedition when its subject has been undermined in such a fashion by those on 'his side'.

Thank you so much anonamom @6:52 am on the last thread for all the information on sleep and the links to the Harvard University websites that deal with the issue in great detail. I have been having some problems with sleep and have only been able to get my internal clock on a more reasonable schedule this past week. It's been a long, draining experience, but a learning one as well. Thanks so much again.

It's collusion delusion.

OT: I have used up my allotment of Zicam and it didn't work. Got the worst cold I have had in years. Started at night with sinuses, then a sore throat, hacking cough, chills, achey joints then the sweats.
On a dayquil/nytquil regime with copious amounts of Vitamin C, orange juice, tea with lemon and honey. Next up some chicken noodle soup. If that doesn't work I'll go to plan B - a strong dram of Bulleit Bourbon:)
My picks for rivalry Saturday: Clemson, Auburn, Wisconsin and Oklahoma. Next week is The Game (wink, wink to henry:).

JiB, those Harvard whiners ask for a replay? :)

I'd wager that the resulting score from the UCF-Memphis game will create some confusion for the casual fan as to whether it was a football game or a basketball game...
Oh, and go Broncos!

Interesting:
Later on in the article: Ignoring the AP editorial opinion, I wonder if an unfounded rumor was planted among Tillerson’s staff and someone was caught leaking it.Posted by: sbw | December 02, 2017 at 12:06 PM

I would go to the Bulleit regardless:)

Our McClatchy rag front page headline:
Flynn Plea Brings Mueller Closer to Trump
Better than Viagra, I'd wager.

buckeye,
Been looking for an excuse:)
Even the Times of London have got the Flynn charge wrong. This is why I depend more and more on JOM and our complement of investigative citizens versus the media. But Trump is on to something with his "fake news" mantra.

Sure looks like that to me, sbw.

Bringing this over from the last thread:
I just want to point out that "momenteum" is the material that imparts momentum to a group or movement. So, in fact, the statement that "Trump is losing momenteum" is a completely true story, because Trump's enemies sneak into where he keeps the momenteum and steal little bits of it all the time.

Give up.

McFarland reportedly wrote in the email that sanctions then-President Obama levied on Russia in response to Moscow's election meddling would make it more difficult for Trump to improve relations with Russia, "which has just thrown the U.S.A. election to him."

Like the Hillary Farce, this investigation is itself an Obstruction of Justice.
Mueller did not fire the counter-intell agent and his girlfriend because they sent anti-Trump emails. He fired them because they got caught.
It's a crime for us to lie to the FBI? Let me know when its a crime for the FBI to lie to us.
