Not to say Mark Wahlberg is the victim here but he is clearly paying atonement for a sin he didn't commit:
'I 100% support the fight for fair pay': Mark Wahlberg donates $1.5M in Michelle Williams' name to Time's Up legal fund after pay disparity scandal
Wahlberg said in a statement on Saturday that he is donating his earnings from the All The Money In The World reshoot to Time's Up
His decision follows reports that he was paid substantially more than co-star Michelle Williams for reshooting the scenes
All the scenes that featured Kevin Spacey were reshot in November when the actor was replaced by Christopher Plummer
This reshoot required director Ridley Scott to bring back his two stars, Mark Wahlberg and Michelle Williams
It has been reported that Wahlberg was paid $1.5million for the 10-day re-shoot while Williams made just $80-a-day, according to Jessica Chastain
That would add up to $800 at the end of the 10-day shoot, which is 0.05 % the salary her co-star made for his work on the film
Oh, that Marky-mark and the insidious old boys club, ripping off the hard-working ladies. But wait!
But according to TMZ sources, the glaring disparity in Williams and Wahlberg's payouts came down to their individual contracts: Williams' contract reportedly required her to do reshoots, as needed, as part of her overall salary, whereas Wahlberg's did not have such a clause.
So Williams honored her contract like a proper professional, and Wahlberg said "'Ef you, pay me", also not unheard of in professional circles.
Second!

The only one Williams has to blame is herself. Her agent negotiated a bad contract, and she signed it.
If Wahlberg is handing over his own money because one of is colleagues has a worse agent than him, he’s dumber than I thought he was.
Why don’t I have any friends or coworkers that dumb?

I am calling Bullshit on Moby's assertions. If even half true, any US Attorney worth his salt would call him into his office and demand he give up the active and retired agents. I am getting tired that sedition seems to be the recipe of the year like seafood lasagna or roast duck.
Its not. Its worse than treason in my opinion. Its one thing to give your enemy a map or code because in sedition you are the enemy inside.

It complements my TRX, bike, rowing machine, step, jump box and bands. Only problem was I had to fold up my massage table which I used to do a lot stretches and therapy. Sigh!

catsmeat,
Reason I did it is that if he stays after at school I have a 1 hour round trip to go get him since we don't have a late bus. He can have coach give his exercises at PE and then he can do them at home.
I think I started at his age also since it was my JV year and went to V almost right away because of my size. It can make a big difference in your fitness, agility and strength.

JUB, I have three grandsons ages 16 and two 18 who are really into the weight lifting done for football and lacrosse at school in the morning before school starts. They look great and it has certainly kept them away from a lot of carousing after school.

Our just turned 13 yo grandson began gymnastics lessons at age 11 and 1/2, which is very, very late. He's still passionate about it, doing 4 days a weeks 3 hrs. each day at Cartersville Gymastics, home to the highest rated Jr Olympian in the country - Brody Malone. Brody will be part of Stanford's top rated team next year. The gym owners/coaches are products of the highly successful Soviet system, and they've gotten similarly phenomenal results here.

My hubby and I just got home from watching one of the best movies I've ever seen! The Greatest Showman. Fantastic soundtrack and dance numbers, not to mention a wonderful story. I've already downloaded the soundtrack and will sneak out next week to watch it again. Can't say enough good things about it. Hugh Jackman is amazing. So glad we got to take our grandchildren to a PT Barnum Circus before it was shut down.

The high school is a ten-minute walk, two-minute drive, so the school gym works fine (the program takes all this very seriously and carefully, so I figure he's okay). He does need back rubs a lot, I admit, but I'm good at them. Learned from a completely nutso but kind Rolfer as a teenager (when I was a camp counselor). Same camp--the director, very tight-would loony, cracked. The crack was evident when she was found in the director's office carefully mayonnaising her hand, as if she were preparing a sandwich for a child's lunch box. White coat time, poor lady. Hope she got better.

mm - the other thing that really impressed us is that just before the movie starred Hugh Jackman and one of the other actors thanked us for coming to watch their movie. How often does someone from Hollywood thank those of us who pay to see their movies? Can't remember that ever happening before.

Why does everyone hate the Serbs? The only wars I've ever seen the MFM fluffing everyone to prosecute were against the Serbs in Bosnia and Kosovo. Both of them demonstrated the uselessness of the UN and every reported "atrocity" was grossly overstated. And Slick demonstrated his Commander in Chief chops by blowing up the Chinese embassy in Belgrade with a double aught smart missile which to me defined the non whorehound aspect of his Presidency.
Frankly I'd trade away those fuckheads in Hawaii for Serbia immediately.
