Let's not forget that three others were shot along with Steve Scalise, one of whom also required surgery. A 12-Year-Old Stole His Mom’s Credit Card For Bali Trip, Checked Into Flight And Hotel By Himself

An Australian, given the fake name “Drew” to keep his identity private, skillfully maneuvered a solo vacation to Bali after getting into a fight with his parents, The Guardian reported Sunday. Drew managed to find an airline that allowed the 12-year-old to travel alone, tricked his grandma into giving him his passport, and booked the flight with his mom’s credit card.

Drew took his scooter, telling his parents he was going to school, but instead took it to the train station the Sydney airport. He then managed to skirt authorities where he flew to Perth and then Bali.

“They just asked for my student ID and passport to prove that I’m over 12 and that I’m in secondary school,” Drew told A Current Affair. “It was great because I wanted to go on an adventure.” The boy did document some of his flight by filming the clouds in the sky, according to “A Current Affair” for Nine News.

Upon arriving in Bali, he borrowed a Go Jek bike to get from the airport to the All Seasons Hotel, managed to check in by telling the staff he was waiting for his older sister. The school told his parents that he was missing March 8 and Indonesian police found him March 17, according to CNN. His mother Emma flew out to get her jet-setting son.

NEW: Democratic Senator Joe Donnelly says he will vote 'yes' for Mike Pompeo to be the next Secretary of State

narciso79

I skipped past most of that boilerplate, will judge wood sanction Mueller's staff rhetorical?

Benito Rocks!

In her ruling, U.S. District Judge Julie Robinson in Kansas City, Kan., referred repeatedly to Kobach as acting “disingenuously.” She chastised him for failing to treat the voters affected by the ongoing court case the same as all other registered voters in accordance with a previous court order. “The term ‘register’ is not ambiguous, nor should there have been any question that these voters were to be treated just like any other registered voter,” Robinson said in her order. Instead of a fine in the contempt matter, Robinson ordered Kobach to pay attorneys fees for the plaintiffs in the case. “The Court is troubled by Defendant’s failure to take responsibility for violating this Court’s orders, and for failing to ensure compliance over an issue that he explicitly represented to the Court had been accomplished,” Robinson wrote.

Kobach is as much a recidivist offender as any serial criminal can be. He persists in misrepresenting himself to the court, ignoring court orders, and generally behaving in such a fashion that, were he a young black man with a penchant for robbing bodegas instead of a secretary of state with a pronounced contempt for all courts, he’d have been hauled off in irons long ago.

Exactly right. The Left has already started, through their front groups AntiFa, BLM, et al.

We see assassinations of cops pretty regularly now, the latest being the 2 officers in Trenton, FL - less than 2 hours from me.

We see it in the riots and violent protests every time something happens that they don't like.

We on the right are by and large peaceful, law-abiding people. We're employed and don't have the time to organize and protest like the Left.

But at some point, patience will run out ... and we'll recognize that the legal systems and processes that we've been counting on to effect peaceful change have been so corrupted and weaponized against us that we have no alternatives .... other than staying in the pot and continuing to be brought to boil and cooked.

Trump Is Right: A ‘Pakistani Mystery Man’ Has Documents Wasserman Schultz Didn’t Want Prosecutors To See

And there still doesn’t appear to be a real investigation of this going on.

Via Daily Caller:

A key, if under-covered, aspect of the “Pakistani mystery man” story is that Imran Awan, the Pakistani-born IT aide of former DNC head Debbie Wasserman Schultz, took a laptop with username RepDWS after he was banned from the House computer network for “unauthorized access to data,” and then left it in a phone booth with a letter to prosecutors.

On Friday, President Donald Trump tweeted: “Just heard the Campaign was sued by the Obstructionist Democrats. This can be good news in that we will now counter for the DNC Server that they refused to give to the FBI, the Debbie Wasserman Schultz Servers and Documents held by the Pakistani mystery man and Clinton Emails.”

Trump appears to have accurately identified a key issue with the “Pakistani mystery man” that comes straight from court documents.

Lawyers for Pakistani-born Imran Awan currently have a copy of the contents of a laptop with the username RepDWS

Wasserman Schultz wanted to block prosecutors from seeing what was on it

Imran’s lawyers have attempted to set up a situation where it is up to Imran whether prosecutors can see the laptop, claiming “attorney client privilege”

Other analysts say the laptop should be fair game for review

Article 1 Section 8/Article 3 Sections 1 and 2.

As a matter of law congress could eliminate all inferior federal courts and limit the SCOTUS to only those controversies involving ambassadors and other foreign jerks and cases in which at least one party is a state.
And the Executive branch if it followed the law would use Federal marshals to apply melvins to every black robed punk that refused to vacate his ornate chambers where he or she schtups the court reporters.

James Comey as Walter Mitty

Comey writes as if his meetings with Big D were acts of courage, requiring extraordinary bravery, advanced tactical planning, and incredibly effective communications. His self-reverence throughout the 15 pages is astounding.

In his memo describing his first meeting with “PE” (President-Elect) Trump in Trump Tower on Jan. 6, 2017, Comey writes that PE “began by telling me that I had one heck of a year but that I had conducted myself honorably and had a great reputation.” After some small talk, Comey must have switched into James Bond mode, a la Walter Mitty, because he wrote:

“I then executed the session exactly as I had planned.”

Holy cow! What a hero! Alone in Trump Tower, mano-a-mano with the actual PE, Comey courageously told Big D the “Russians allegedly had tapes involving him and prostitutes” in 2013 at the Moscow Ritz Carlton.

Switching into his formidable Nostradamus mode, and perhaps using the Vulcan mind-meld technique, Comey then read the PE’s mind.

“…He said he’s the kind of guy who didn’t need to ‘go there’ and laughed (which I understood to be communicating that he didn’t need to pay for sex).”

Comey writes further about his telepathic powers: “He said ‘2013’ to himself, as if trying to remember that period of time, but didn’t add anything.”

Comey ends this first memo by saying the PE “said more nice things about me and how he looks forward to working with me.” Well, who wouldn’t?

My grandson was five when his baby brother was born. They explained to him that Mommy was going to the hospital and when she came back, she would have a new baby brother for him. She came back from the delivery in the morning three days after the birth and, of course, her time was almost totally taken up caring for the newborn. The reason I asked the question is the increasingly casual belief that we're heading towards something that looks like left on right civil war. This could be fatalism about violence is going to be directed at them, and, well they are ready for that. It also could be something more aggressive. I was curious what it really was.

Interestingly, it seems that the violence against the right has come down a notch since last Spring/Summer, when there was the shooting up of Republican house members, then Rand Paul, and then the invasion of anti-fa into Charlottesville, that was not well handled there.

Since I swore off Bret and the News Hour and for sure I will never watch the Network News, I confess to having seen some of the local news lately.

The first thing I noticed is that ALL the guys wear clothes that are spray painted on and their pants are too short; since even those who might be straight speak as if they are not, I'm thinking their pants are too tight. The second thing I noticed is the gals who were hot babes back in the 70s are still there but wow, they are not babes now. Third, every lady who might be a babe, wears the same exact dress which looks like a wrap around thingy giving the impression it could be unwrapped from one side or the other. Just sayin.

Finally, some consultant came through town and taught every on air person to "emote" with words, tone, and hand gestures as if they are all in 7th Grade Theater Class.

Now, I don't need any of those shows because I have JOM. My only problem with that is in the evening I use my iPad and KillFile does not work on it. So I am always struck by how many creeps play with us during the day when I don't realize they are here.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A homeless man who randomly stabbed a patron in a crowded Southern California restaurant to death as he was holding his daughter was reported just a few hours earlier for disruptive behavior, but police ultimately determined he was not a threat, authorities said Saturday.

Jamal Jackson, 49, is facing a first-degree murder charge in the death of 35-year-old Anthony Mele. He was being held in Ventura County jail on a $1.5 million bail. It was unclear if Jackson, who is also a convicted felon, had an attorney to speak on his behalf.

Mele and his wife were eating dinner with their 5-year-old daughter Wednesday at Aloha Steakhouse in the seaside city of Ventura. The girl was sitting on her father's lap when prosecutors say Jackson walked up and stabbed Mele in the neck.

Prosecutor Richard Simon said customers and a restaurant employee followed Jackson out of the restaurant, even though he still had the knife. They kept track of him until Ventura police arrived and arrested him.

Mele was taken to a hospital and died Thursday after being taken off life support.

"It's horrible," Simon said. "You don't think you're going to be killed when you go out to dinner at a nice restaurant with your family and you didn't do anything."

Simon said the two men had not interacted before the attack.

Mueller is not taking the collusion angle seriously. I don't think Mueller is even taking the obstruction of justice angle seriously. Since, per Harvey Silverglate, even normal Joes like me commit at least three federal crimes per day, Mueller or the Southern District of NY federales can no doubt find a Trump business dealing crime to charge Trump or a family member with. The problem is finding one so egregious that it won't be seen as pretext and facilitating a civil war that won't be very civil.

The more this goes on, the more I am convinced this will result in a Mexican standoff with no indictment of Trump or family members, and no indictment of Rice, Comey, McCabe et al. I am more convinced than ever that even the Strzok/Page type critters will escape indictment.

I do not know what the debate is about. Historically the left has always promoted civil war--this is generally how they come to power.

All of this hysteria they are whipping up now is not new, it is just new to the USA, or rather, the level and that openness about it is new.

We should not relish the prospect, however, as these things are prolonged bloody affairs, and their would be much interference from our foreign enemies. Remember that the real Leftist insiders, not the carde on the barricades, are prepared, or at least think they are prepared, for civil war. The left so often wins these confrontation because the "right" is not organized at all as some sort of political entity. This is particularly true in America where "The Right" really refers to anyone that is ot a leftist or anyone that is outside of the Democrat's Nomenklatura or constituency.

Of course the Dems are trying to push confrontation, and some elements within are surely pushing for a civil war.

They question is: will it all work here in the USA.

This is how the left is reporting the Nunes disclosure. I actually saw that segment and it was nothing like what is described. we really have our work cut out for us.

Judge Napolitano Rips Nunes, Wrecks Stuart Varney's Claims Of 'Deep State Conspiracy'

< House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes' recent demands to see all the intelligence that spurred on Russian investigations from the Intelligence community, a Fox News senior analyst tells Varney & Company, this may result in the intelligence community not being candid with Congress any longer.

Host Stuart Varney approached Chairman Nunes as if he is a credible source of information.

In reality, he's consistently embarrassed himself and the House Intelligence Committee by acting as a proxy defense attorney for the Trump campaign, which includes creating phony stories and releasing cherry-picked intelligence reports.

Varney played video of Nunes saying "there was no intelligence" that caused the Russia investigations and then asked Judge Napolitano what it means.

Napolitano said, "It is very dangerous for politicians, office holders who happen to have national security clearances -- which he has and very few members of Congress do because he's chair of the House Intel committee - to look at raw intelligence and then cherry pick it and summarize it for political purposes."

(Varney was not happy.)

He continued, "It is very dangerous. Expect Adam Schiff to do the same thing and come up with a different conclusion."

Varney was still clinging tight to his blanket and exclaimed, "But wait a second!" He whined that if there is no real intelligence for Russia, Russia, Russia, then it was "a deep state conspiracy."

That's his usual fallback position dealing with the FBI and Robert Mueller.

Napolitano explained that the raw intelligence is only about 10% of what the FBI does, the other 90% is investigating crimes.

He told Fox business host that anytime Congress would try to get involved in their investigations they would be shut down because it was an ongoing case.

"They would tell that Congress to take a hike." And a federal judge would quash it.

"Because interrupting with, interfering and exposing the contents of an active investigation tips off the defendant, scares away witnesses and frustrates the investigation. It just isn't done."

In other words, Nunes continues to act like a Trump lackey and not the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.

Varney says, "Good on you, Devin Nunes."

Judge Nap, "This will result in intelligence agencies not being candid with Congress if they believe that raw intelligence will be exposed, cherry-picked and used for political purposes."

That's what's been happening since Nunes got involved.

Varney claimed that it's really great if this ends the Russia investigation, but Judge Napolitano shut him up quickly.

"Why do you keep repeating yourself." They laughed because he made a good point. "It sounds the way you want it to sound," he said.

Good little conspiracy boy.

After the Fox Business host said he found the whole investigation into Russia bogus, Judge Napolitano shut him up quickly and forced him to move on to another topic.

Napolitano said, "What about the 13 Russian persons and entities indicted for interfering with the campaign who were sanctioned by the President of the United States with financial sanctions? He obviously agreed with the indictment."

Varney replied, "I've got to move on."

Napolitano called him out: "The advantages of being the anchor." >
