RattlerGator

Quite a thread on Twitter from Tracybeanz, and very hard to refute the 4D nature of this -- no matter how much one would like to demand tell me everything, tell me everything right now !!! -- but if you insist in the refutation, you'd only be stubbornly missing the boat.

1. Have you checked the MSM lately? Say, within the past few days? Chaos abounds! Here is my opinion on why.

— Tracybeanz (@tracybeanz) April 13, 2018

Trump said he was going to teach Republicans how to win. A bunch of people need to have their pencils out, furiously taking notes.

Captain Hate

RIP Cecil Taylor.

CH,

Have any of his works in your collection?

Many although I don't have the FMP box from 88 when he performed in Berlin with multiple groups (I have burns of some individual discs). One of my faves although his work is extremely dense and doesn't lend itself to frequent listening.

clarice feldman

JMH--How wonderful to have you posting more regularly.I have missed your trenchant analyses.

JimNorCal

Boys! Boys!
Tom R, if you'll give me the date of your question, I'll look for it. Then, I volunteer to look for TKs response following, OK? Neutral party and all that.

Threadkiller

TomR needs an assist.

RattlerGator

No, TK, you clearly do. This is not 2D for all to see. There is one question on the floor, TK. Only one. The response is yes or no. Here, again, is the question: Do you think tracybeanz analysis that Felix Sater is not an ally of Trump is correct?

Is your answer yes, or is it no?

The charge of running has clearly been confirmed -- because for some weird reason you're working very, very hard to not say yes or no in the hear and now.

Threadkiller

Neutral parties offer help to one side?

:-)

BTW, Tom is the one making the accusations.

RattlerGator

Hear, hear.

Here.

Thomas Collins

Are we good on July 1, 2020, RG, as the date on which, although we won't know everything, we'll know enough to put the 4-D chess back and forth to rest one way or the other. After all, even a 4-D chess game requires a time clock!

daddy on iPad

OK, I know I'm rubbing it in, and it's early in the season. It's just good natured payback for Yankees fans chanting 1918 when I was at old Yankee Stadium with my oldest for a regular season game in 2004 (my oldest was wearing a Pokey Reese Red Sox t-shirt).

TC,

Here is Mark Steyn's long but fun rundown of the wonderful tune "Tea For Two," and at the end he discusses the truth of the well known rumor about Babe Ruth being sold to the Yankers so some Mob Boss type can put on a play so his girlfrind can sing that Showstopper.

JM Hanes

Thanks, Clarice. Where Comey is concerned, it helps to have been here back in the Plame/Libby days. I do sometimes feel like Comey and Fitz are Siamese twins.

clarice feldman

I think a lot of the sealed indictments may be connected to this casehttps://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2018/apr/12/carl-ferrer-backpagecom-ceo-guilty-federal-conspir/

Threadkiller

You don't care why that question is on the floor, RG?

That is sad.

Is this how OODA loop works? With a frame job.

What gives anyone the idea that I ever studied anything about Felix Stater?

Can I demand yes/no answers from you on irrelevant topics you aren't familiar with?

This 4D stuff is making people irrational.

Take note, TK.

Yes, Thomas Collins. More than likely well before that.

See how easy that was?

Why the fear, man? Answer the question, allow the comments to flow. You're acting as if you're going to be mortally wounded on a comment board.

Gentlejim

I am SHOCKED to hear that Mueller might have committed Brady violations. I’m beginning to think it’s part of the training manual at the Dept of JustUs.

You are acting like TomR didn't change the subject I engaged him with, RG.

Threadkiller

Yes, Thomas Collins. More than likely well before that.

See how easy that was?

Tell that to TomR, RG. If you paid attention you would have seen that TC answered ths question TomR ran from.

Easy.

RG 9:27, a long list of anomalies and a wink wink nudge nudge does not prove anything to me.

JM Hanes

Ha! In case anyone is wondering how important The Indo-Pacific Quad article might be, Austin Bay reposted it ("IN CASE YOU MISSED IT") on Instapundit less than 20 minutes after I linked the first iteration here! It's not long, so reading it is not much of a chore.

Captain Hate

I think it was back around 1968, that Cecil made a short film with Alan Ginsburg, truly the most existential piece of art I had seen up to the time.

JimNorCal

"Neutral parties offer help to one side?"
TK, it is my belief that your claims are typically correct. Also, that you have a communication style that sometimes causes others to accuse you of stuff.
So, yes, ostensibly neutral.

Captain Hate

Damn, JiB, I've never even heard of that so kudos to you for bringing that to my attention; I'll float it to some of the Zuckerberg usual suspects, including a Taylor group, and see if I can find out anything although not being on YouTube isn't encouraging. CT was a pretty weird poet, *not* one of the highlights of the times I saw him live, so that's not entirely surprising.

Threadkiller

So, yes, ostensibly neutral.

I can live with that. 👍

That was funny, Captain. But parody is dead, as I'm guessing there will be actual excerpts that are as funny as that one.

Sue

Chris Wallace sounds disappointed that all Comey is offering is opinions not facts in his book.

JM Hanes

clarice:

That was something of a jaw dropper. Puts the double standard, not to mention the manipulative politics, right out there! I would actually really like to read his book, just for the fun of annotating the thing, but darned if I'm willing to put any money into Comey's pockets.

The democrat talking head this morning said that any president that was aware of Russian interference in our elections should have taken immediate actions. Why didn’t the republican talking head say so Obama failed to act for what reason?

Ignatz Ratzkiwatzki

TK goes along fine and then suddenly clings to some issue [usually a minor one]. It gets contentious with someone else and they end up arguing about the argument endlessly.
It's usually about some arcane and in the end largely unimportant [at least to the vast majority] technical detail.
It's distracting and disruptive and of course the answer is always given as SOB or Killfile.
Why is the answer never don't be distracting and disruptive and have a little consideration for others?

Rocco

I still don't believe Assad used gas in this latest attack.

JM Hanes

jimmyk:

"I'm guessing there will be actual excerpts that are as funny as that one."

Considering how much like Comey the faux excerpt sounded, I suspect you're right.

RattlerGator

TK, I'm not disputing any claim you've made. That's not where I'm coming from. I'm not disputing any claim Tom R made. On these boards two people will often have slightly different takes on things, might talk past one another at times.

No big deal.

He asked a simple question. You steadfastly refuse to answer the question. That's curious as hell to me. It isn't like he helicoptered in and is slandering you.

The democrat talking head this morning said that any president that was aware of Russian interference in our elections should have taken immediate actions. Why didn’t the republican talking head say so Obama failed to act for what reason?

Levin brings this up all the time, particularly how Susan Rice specifically told the CIA to stand down on countering it. When dots remain unconnected for a long time you have to question just what side the GOP is on.

Does the long, objective list from the campaign prove anything to you, henry? From the primary debates? From the convention? The election? The transition?

I mean, at some point it becomes remarkable how hard some of you are working to respond as if this is a normal time with normal things occurring all controlled by the UniParty.

More remarkable, though, is how much this 4D thing seems to bug some of you. Proof positive (to me, at least) of just how incredibly effective the claim -- as a persuasive tool -- is (and I definitely think his team is involved with the claim).

Think about it; Trump has very skillfully robbed the mainstream media of their narrative dominance and done so in a way that likely has delivered irreparable damage to them.

How in the hell is that not some 4D shiznit ???

If so, you should be ashamed.

JimNorCal

"why would anyone want more Senators from CA?"
Depends how they split it. Rural NorCal ("Jefferson") would send 2 Repub Senators hopefully in the mold of Tom McClintock.

Rocco:

Thanks for the video link. I thought Tucker was pretty persuasive, too.

Davod

You have to give Comey the benefit of the doubt if he didn't know whether the president had peed on prostitutes in Moscow. Of course you have to offset that doubt by the fact that he admits he knew the dossier was funded by the Clinton campaign. That and the fact tht he didn't feel he need to tell Trump when he discussed the dossier with him.

Give dopes enough rope and they strangle themselves--in one week Mueller and Comey have gone from white hats to bumbling miscreants.

Appalled

James Comey on Trump:

“His face appeared slightly orange with bright white half-moons under his eyes where I assumed he placed small tanning goggles, and impressively coifed, bright blond hair, which upon close inspection looked to be all his.”

“As he extended his hand. I made a mental note to check its size. It was smaller than mine, but did not seem unusually so.”

“I stared at the soft white pouches under his expressionless blue eyes. I remember thinking in that moment that the president doesn’t understand the FBI’s role in American life.”

I get disliking Trump. But it strikes me that an FBI head who loathes and despises his chief is just as useless in the FBI role as one who is a total toady. Independence is not reflexive opposition. Also, Comey's writing style is just -- nasty. He seems too influenced by bestsellers he picked up at the airport in his descriptions.

maryrose

Clarice:
That Post piece on Comey is so revealing.
He was in the tank for Hillary and wanted to make sure she wasn’t tainted by the email scandal when she won.
He put his hand on the scale of Justice and tried to influence the election.
I am sure his written four months in advance statement of no prosecutable offenses was also done to insure her election.
He colluded with her campaign to insure her win but failed at that as well.
Because of his statement that he might have changed what he did if Trump was leading says it all.
At the time he said it was to inform Congress Liar!

Frau Krawalle

Someone does not understand what a constitutional crisis is--or is a leftist turning terms upside down. Firing Rosenstein and Sessions is one solution to an actual constitutional crisis. Pres.Trump has not done one thing which is against the Constitution and especially his use of powers set forth for the executive.

"bug"

RG, if we want to play the game of psychologizing those who have a different good faith opinion, non-4D chess aficionados could speculate that 4D chess aficionados have a need to explain away evidence that Trump is struggling against a concerted effort to oust him, that Trump made understandable rookie mistakes at the beginning, that he is fighting back as well as anyone could be expected under the circumstances, that fighting back as well as anyone could be expected under the circumstances, while admirable, is hardly 4D chess, and that the ultimate outcome is truly unclear. I would argue against the notion that 4D chess adherents have a need to view Trump as some kind of Jedi master with things under control and whose every utterance and tweet gradually reveals some grand scheme which is helped along by Flynn being driven to bankruptcy, Trump's lawyer's office being raided, a special counsel staffed by pro-Dem adherents, and obstructionists still in place in key governmental positions. In other words, I don't think 4D chess adherents are "bugged" by the notion that this is a slog. They simply have a good faith disagreement with folks like me. I would respectfully request the same treatment by the 4D chess group. If I want advice on whether my psyche is "bugged" by something and what I can do about it to overcome resentment, I'll go to my priest.

What in the world does someone's physical appearance have to do with understanding the FBI?

That sentence alone shows how superficial, emotional, & unprofessional Comey is/was.

Jim, from the article, rapper is a her. I was looking for a way to book a tour of Pakistan for the up & comer.

Miss Marple the Deplorable

It's very curious to me this hysteria about Syria. I distinctly remember Secretary of State Jon Kerry and his wife being photographed dining with Mr. and Mrs Assad.

I see from this article it was while he was head of the foreign relations committee, which was before he became SIS:

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/middleeast/syria/10283045/John-Kerry-and-Bashar-al-Assad-dined-in-Damascus.html

Why has Assad suddenly become the cause celebre? Why is Hallary advocating bombing Syria (just this morning)?
