"Dismantling the Clinton Foundation is a must. And never let Obama or any other set up a laudermat like that again."
Alas, Obama has been laundering money from the start -- I called out Organinzing for America (Obma for America's "successor" organization) over at Quasiblog back in March of 2009. The whole Chicago "community" complex goes the Clinton Foundation one better. I was glad to see it challenged in court, but I don't see that steamroller coming to a halt.
Have you heard anything about Valerie Jarrett lately? She's the one who seemed to be setting up shop in the Obama's Washington digs, no? I wouldn't be surprised if Obama really didn't know about a lot of the things he claimed he found out from the press just like everybody else, because he's just ValJar's pretty public face. He gets to play Presidential; she runs the show. Barack & Michelle make movies for Netflix; ValJar makes them the really big money.
Of course. Any such email would qualify as an "agency record" as far as I understand it.
Yep. So if Tom's point was that Stzrok and Page are allowed to keep their love letters under wraps, then I agree. But I can't figure out why he would make that point when it is immaterial.
I don't know about an OL post at 1:39, but if I am correct then what I specifically quoted from you isn't supported.
It's really simple. If the DOJ has 13000 pages of emails between Strzok and Page and that 13000 includes both government and personal emails as you believe, then OL is completely wrong in his 1:39 and subsequent posts.
Possessing their personal emails would clearly indicate full due diligence on the part of Horowitz/Huber to get a search warrant to acquire Strzok/Pages personal communications. OL appears to have completely misinterpreted the Judicial Watch press release and believes the government failed to acquire this evidence and he then took that even further to claim its more proof that Sessions, Rosenstein and Wray are trying to protect their Swamp pals.
Yes, anything - texts, documents, emails, etc. including stuff uploaded but never sent - that is related to agency work is an agency record, as I understand it.
If you want me to respond to something specific you will have to repeat it since there have been multiple back and forths with lots of quoting.
I have just pointed out that if you are correct then OL has to be wrong. I honestly don't know with 100% certainty that you are correct but I think you are and that Horowitz/Huber not only have Strzok/Page's personal emails but the personal communications of multiple Obama officials.
They could have 13000 but is that all of them or just the ones they didn’t delete?I think from all appearances, the FBI and DOJ are slow walking all of this to protect people or possibly themselves.
Their refusal to redact and hand over documents is unprecedented.
It will be up to President Trump to declassify everything per Kim Strassel and give complete transparency.
I only killfile the obvious trolls. I have had beefs and mixers with a few of our regulars but nothing for me to killfile them but then you know who "it" is and we don't so it doesn't matter.
Are you on the island? How are the crowds. Today we drove out to East Hampton for an estate sale and had to take the Sagg-Wainscott short cut to save at least 1/2 hour on 25 minute trip:) Came back via Channing Daughters to pick up some summer wines and the cars heading east on the Seven Ponds short cut were in the hundreds back all the way up to Halsey's Farm Market. That is about a 3 mile back up on a two lane country road.
We're off to a hellva start. I dread the thought of having to leave the house and go somewhere further than the beaches or village this weekend. Parylsis on the roads.
Really Tom? What post of mine did you 1st respond to? I can link it even though it was just over an hour ago.

"If the DOJ has 13000 pages of emails between Strzok and Page and that 13000 includes both government and personal emails as you believe, then OL is completely wrong in his 1:39 and subsequent posts."
Those "personal emails" could easily refer to personal emails exchanged via government devices, not necessarily sent from their personal, private, devices. If the government had already impounded the messages from their persona phones, home computers, etc. the the order to preserve them in situ makes zero sense.
I also question what I believe was your blythe assumption that the DoJ can just call up the NSA records of any communication anybody's ever sent -- especially when it comes to the provision of evidence in court and/or FOIAble material.
I think OL's point is a lot easier to see and his argument more persuasive than yours is!
Going back to the 1:40, my question to OL was intended to prompt him to display some honesty and admit he made a mistake. That apparently failed and instead of admitting he made a mistake he decided to just label me a troll and put me on killfile. That is his choice. It's not the first time he has acted like that.
The recent back and forth between you an I was based on your response that you believed the 13000 emails consisted of both government and personal emails. I happen to agree with you on that. Or is it correct because you were informing OL that Stzrok and Page's pillow talk, that isn't related to anything, is protected?

ValJarr is up to her beady little olives in EVERYTHING. She was the Chief Executive.
I'll take her head on a pike over Flinchy the Rat's. That ValJarr is out of the news cycle entirely on all of this from the gitgo, even during the election, tells me she is a cog in this wheel of constitutional destruction.
