Reposting from the last thread.
Unless the FBI releases ALL of the evidence that congress wants, I'm going to assume the worst
Who classified the FBI 50k-65k emails Top Secret? The answer to that question is not public knowledge yet.
If it was Trump or someone who works for him that classified the FBI emails Top Secret, then that explains why the DOJ refuses to give them to Congress. Trump doesn't want the info made public yet.
If it was Obama or someone who worked for him that classified them Top Secret as part of the coverup, then those emails are now evidence of a crime which also explains why the DOJ is not giving them to Congress.
Why would you assume the worst when all the plausible explanations work out in Trump's favor?

Now that SCOUTS has explained that The Executive has the authority to ban anyone for any reason, prior to the visa stage of the "immigrant's" journey to US, will Trump drop the hammer on people trying to legally come from Mexico until Mexico solves the border problem?
No work visas, no student visas, no travel visas, nothing. "Dear Mexico, clean up this mess or the ports of entry get closed."

Rocco,
If the allegations in your Truepundit article are true, then that just further strengthens the point I made yesterday that it was likely Trump or someone who works for him that designated the 50k-65k emails Top Secret. If I am correct then the DOJ withholding the Top Secret emails from Congress is exactly what you would expect them to do if those emails are being used as evidence in a criminal proceeding.

interview from Lybia:
this note on Hillary's approach to security in Benghazi is interesting.
First, this operation was led by Ansar al-Sharia, an al-Qaeda affiliate in Libya, and also another militia called the 17 February Martyrs Brigade, which is one of the Muslim Brotherhood Shield militias that took part in this attack. Qatar is the main supporter and financier of the Muslim Brotherhood and al-Qaeda in Libya. In this particular brutal attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi they provided weapons and communication equipment to the terrorist militias.
The paradox here is that the 17 February Muslim Brotherhood militia was the militia that the U.S. contracted to protect the consulate. They had an agreement with the attackers to fake a weapons clash, then later opened the gates into the consulate for them.

From henry's 1:18 link:
One of the women, a doctor in Silicon Valley, said her husband, an engineer, “controls the thermostat. He controls the lights. He controls the music.” She said, “Abusive relationships are about power and control, and he uses technology.”
She said she did not know how all of the technology worked or exactly how to remove her husband from the accounts. But she said she dreamed about retaking the technology soon.
“I have a specific exit plan that I’m in the process of implementing, and one of my fantasies is to be able to say, ‘O.K. Google, play whatever music I want,’” she said. Her plan with the smart thermostat, she said, was to “pull it out of the wall.”
OK, I do see how this kind of technology could be used in the ways described. But, seriously, this woman is a doctor, and she can't figure out which app controls the thermostat?

So after several Federal judges had tantrums, the SC smacks them down hard. Who the hell do they think they are throwing monkey wrenches into clearly enunciated powers of the Executive Branch?
And @ 75% of the wailing and gnashing of teeth is the result of Trump rescinding Obama's EO's or on the case of the poor illegal chirrup, enforcing Obama's law.
Do these judges now get sent down to the minors? Put in the stocks for public mockery? C'mon, there has to be a consequence for such malfeasance.

Henry "This explains a little more of what the WI SC just did, but still doesn't describe the case at hand."
We had three days of NE Rain the past few days so we binge watched the Netflix "Making a Murderer" about a famous murder in WI which, even if the show was slanted hard SJW nonetheless showed some very questionable "justice" being applied. For example, where we left off:)CHAPTER 15 changed to protect the innocent from the guilty.
The Unit at Langley didn’t need the breaking news report from AP – Belltown, DE - to tell them they had lost their asset. The GPS chip inserted in Ernie’s collarbone and the visual capture iris implanted in his eye also contributed. They knew he was dead and that was the problem. They needed to head off any autopsy and recover his body STAT. Dr. Randall Fitzgibbon, the “Division’s” own Bell X2 helicopter and Max Collins with his Belgian Malinois named Cheater were on their way within 10 minutes.
In the Condition and Performance Monitoring Room, a young female system analyst, from Anchorage Alaska, graduated recently from Caltech, noticed that a number of the physical nodes used on Ernie Souchak were not checking in correctly. If he was dead then why were his oxygen levels so high and his skin and blood temperature normal? Brain function was indicative of a healthy default node network. In other words, with all biological and mental conditions reporting as they were, Ernie Souchak may not be dead.
Finding a landing area near Beebe Healthcare Hospital in Lewes, DE was not that difficult since the roof was already designated as such. Upon landing, Randall, Max and Cheater made their way to the emergency room via the elevator. Once in the ER, with much tsking-tsking from the staff because of Max and Cheater, Randall produced his credentials and Presidential order for accepting the transfer of the body of Ernie Souchak to his possession and protection.
A young ER doctor, named Dave, a young Irishman, just finished his residency at John’s Hopkins and was acting a little above his weight in questioning Randall’s credential’s, authority and bona fides. But he was soon convinced everything was in order when Cheater just looked at him and growled, teeth showing and lips a snarl. The fact that Max was also carrying his AK-47 may have something to do with the change of attitude but it was mostly Cheater’s trophy moment.
Now, from a phone call, according to the Judge, it was imperative we take possession and return to Langley, immediately. New information had been obtained to wit Dr. Randall Fitzgibbon should treat the formerly dead Ernie Souchak as a live human being with distressed mental and biological injuries. Just keep him alive was the Judges last comment.
“We have until Tuesday, Dr. Fitzgibbon. Do you understand, how important it is that we recover Mr. Souchak as an asset and reinsert him.?” The Judge was in a very impatient mood that Randall had only seen once before, when Richard Diamond had been targeted by the same Ernie Souchak.
“Judge, we have only had a few hours with him. Surely, you recognize that this is not your average medical reversal? This is on the verge of milestone science. We need more time.” Obviously, Randall was stalling for more time because he had no ideas what to do next.
“Dr. Fitzgibbon,” it was the Judge again breaking Randall’s concentration of his mediocre future, “You have until Tuesday. I need him Tuesday for another insertion at Comic Ping Pong.”
“But, Judge that is not possible. Today I am missing Thanksgiving, my wife and sons are disappointed and now you want me to perform a rising of Lazarus? I don’t think so. In fact, I am out of here to be with my family on this special day
“Dr. Fitzgibbon, you patient awaits. Do what your CV says you can do and what we know you can do. Remember, doing this makes your children more safe than watching you carve a turkey.” With that the Judge signed off, returned to his glass of Billecart-Salmon champagne and his favorite pipe.
What the hell was so important about next Tuesday, thought Randall? Why then and why the Comet Ping Pong joint again? Wasn’t Ernie most likely the guy they would least likely receive there? He needed to get to work on his recovery project and only hoped Ernie would cooperate.
After he finished his glass of champagne, the Judge called his most valuable asset, Caprice Mellman, who happened to live close enough to Comet Ping Pong to walk there. He had no intention to put her out in the chilly evening of next Tuesday but he needed her there for observation and reportage. She happened to have that night free and would oblige the Judge. She also happened to mention that an acquaintance was driving north from Florida and had indicated his interest in meeting up. Maybe Comet was the perfect place for a meet-up.
The Judge agreed that was a great non-descript plan. Ernie would be ready and the three of them there at the same time may finally bring the truth.
If only no one would interfere.

Actually, this is where we left off, CHAPTER FIFTEEN
Jack Isbaque, tired but hungry, from a long drive up from Fayetteville, NC, or more precise, Ft. Bragg, just couldn’t avoid trying out the pizza at Comet Ping Pong on upper Connecticut Avenue. It was his old neighborhood when he lived in DC. He had a condo on Ellicott Street where he would use his premier balcony to do his daily tai-chi exercise. Now, it was owned, by some company called Divisional Optics.
Caprice Mellman, retired, successful prosecutor, bullshit detector extraordinaire, columnist and sole proprietor of the “Pitchforks and Gibbets” online store, was trying to hide herself from the wind and chill of another cold and windy day in a November Chevy Chase. This would be her first visit to the newly notorious pizza parlor just down the street from one of her favorite bookstores, “Politics and Prose”, although recently it had become politics only and the progressive, elitist, new left kind of safe space for the Washington snow flakes. After all, graduating from Yale, Wellesley, Harvard and Wisconsin, where do the freshly minted political naiveté go?
He had convinced her to meet him here simply because he had gotten some confidential information that Ernie Souchak would be there on another one of his wild goose chases. But if Jack said this was important then who was she to say no. He had done more than anyone to expose the fantastical naiveté and compulsions of the rag tag mental cripple from Chicago. What could go wrong except choking on a laughter fit?
In Poolesville, MD, an elderly but very fit gentleman was stroking his beloved Cocker Spaniel, named Archie, while enjoying a glass of Highland Park 18 year old scotch, and a pipe full of aromatic tobacco. The end was near and he knew if Caprice was correct, it was a danger less met and more than fully expected. But the insertion of Ernie Souchak, with his chips and special contacts in tact could prove to be a problem. He would have to contact Dr. Fitzgibbon of the risks ahead.
“I am in contact via the insert with Ernie, Judge. I see no change in our created personality and behavior. He will be ready in a few hours to be reinserted. And this time, can you please let the “Division” monitor hem him in so I can go home and enjoy my family?” Dr. Randall Fitzgibbon implored.
“Steady as she goes, Doctor. You will be free, like all of us, after, Caprice and Jack report back. I have a feeling someone else is going to show up and make it all a dog’s breakfast.” The Judge signed off and returned to his scotch.
And that is how we end the Thanksgiving Day chapter.
