From the last thread;
The funny and sad thing about these SJW POC POS is the more they convince POC that whitey is the problem and they suffer from PTSD victimhood at birth and through the nipple the more power they give whitey over them.
Progs always figure they can convince, or more commonly force, others to accept their counterfactual alternate reality, but guess what. Most crackers aren't going to cower and cringe when accused of something they didn't do and are struggling just like POC with bills, illness, death, pain and all the rest and some clowns come along and demand they take care of the clown's bills, illness, pain, etc too and self flagellate while doing it to boot.
They're simultaneously stoking animosity toward whites while granting them almost complete power over their lives by actually jettisoning their autonomy and demanding dependence from their oppressors.
Guess what again; that don't ever end well. And it's kinda nuts.
Discuss or not; out the door.

The key points to focus on in the Bloomberg article on Mueller:
As Mueller pursues his probe, he’s making more use of career prosecutors from the offices of U.S. attorneys and from Justice Department headquarters, as well as FBI agents -- a sign that he may be laying the groundwork to hand off parts of his investigation eventually
The parts that will get handed off are the prosecution of criminal activity unrelated to the Russian collusion case that were uncovered during the course of the investigation.
more money is being spent on work done by permanent Department of Justice units than on Mueller’s own dedicated operation
In other words, the bulk of the work is focusing on crimes unrelated to Russian collusion and is being performed by DOJ/FBI employee who are not part of Mueller's team. This is a key fact I don't think we knew about before.
the special counsel’s charter, issued by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, includes investigating whether Trump or associates colluded with Russia and “any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation
This has been known for a long time and reinforces the speculation that the Mueller SC investigation is a smokescreen for something else going on behind the scene. What that is remains to be seen.
Mueller has already shown that in some situations he will hand off cases, such as with the Cohen investigation. Additionally, Mueller is getting help from Rosenstein, who is fielding congressional demands for documents and testimony.
If it is true that both Mueller and Rosenstein are Black Hats trying to destroy Trump, you would think that since this article is saying Mueller is getting help from Rosenstein that it would prompt some form of response from Trump on the matter. Why is Trump silent on this?

Responding to Ext from the last thread:
Rather than simply stick to the bank fraud indictment in the plea agreement, why did they add all the stuff about how the IT accusations were thoroughly investigated and no evidence was fond implicating Imran?
That's a valid question and I don't have an answer for you. Someone who is a lawyer may be able to give a legal reason for all the legalese verbiage used in the plea bargain deal.
I asked this question a couple of days ago but the answer to it hasn't been reported on yet so no one knows the answer. What happened to the missing Democrat caucus server? Did that server actually go missing or was Rosiak reporting that an error on his part?
If the server disappeared, how does the FBI thoroughly investigate the cybersecurity allegations when they never had possession of the server? Its akin to proving someone committed a murder when the body is never found. I'm just pointing this out because the public still does not know what all the facts are with this case. All we can do is speculate.

Ext--Repeat from last night:Former FBI agent on the Imperator Rex plea bargain:"The blogger is probably right. Since "this case" only involves a 1014 violation, basically "bank fraud," the statement below is a no brainer--of COURSE all that other stuff is irrelevant to the determination of the sentence in "this case":
'the public allegations that your client stole U.S. House of Representatives ("House") equipment and engaged in unauthorized or illegal conduct involving House computer systems do not form the basis of any conduct relevant to the determination of the sentence in this case.'
By the same token, the government's statements that they conducted a thorough investigation and found nothing seem to me to be utterly non-binding going forward--doesn't prevent the government from prosecuting a new case.
In the following paragraph the government only says Awan won't be charged for any non-violent crime if Awan himself made the government aware that he had committed that crime. I'm assuming that he didn't admit to anything involving all that investigation, and the government doesn't say he did:
'3. Additional Charges
After the entry of your client's plea of guilty to the offense identified in paragraph 1
above, your client will not be charged with any non-violent criminal offense in violation of
Federal or District of Columbia law which was committed within the District of Columbia by
your client prior to the execution of this Agreement and about which this Office was made aware
by your client prior to the execution of this Agreement, all of which is contained in the attached
Statement of Offense. However, the United States expressly reserves its right to prosecute your
client for any crime of violence, as defined in 18 U.S.C. $ l6 and./or 22D.C. Code $ 4501, if in
fact your client committed or commits such a crime of violence prior to or after the execution of
this Agreement. ' "

the public allegations that your client stole...
By "public allegations" are they referring to allegations made in newspaper, blogs, radio talk shows etc?
If there was evidence of a crime presented to a grand jury and they returned an indictment, what is the legal term that would replace "public allegations"? Formal allegations?

In the movie I am watching, Sessions is in the process of restoring the DOJ to an institution that follows the Constitutional rule of law, which IMO is an integral part of the MAGA agenda. IMO the MAGA movement fails if Trump resorts to the same corrupt weaponized DOJ/FBI tactics that Obama used. Sessions is following the rule of law to the letter and apparently without anyone leaking what is going on behind the scenes. In the movie I am watching Manafort is a long time Swamp creature who made millions of dollars lobbying (i.e. buying off) fellow corrupt DC politicians. His allegiance is to whoever is willing to pay him and if that meant partnering up with the Podesta brothers then who cares he made millions off the deal. Manafort is the epitome of the type of corruption in DC that Trump promised to put an end to. A grand jury was presented with evidence of Manafort's corruption and decided it was enough evidence to indict Manafort. While he was on bond he engaged in witness tampering and a judge decided that warranted revoking his bail.

That all sounds good.
But the movie I'm seeing has some folks (coincidentally all Dem employees or loyal, longterm Deep Staters) who do blatantly criminal things walk away with at most the tiniest slap on the wrist, and more often without even a pretense of investigation, let alone prosecution; while other people (coincidentally all supporters or employees of President Trump) who didn't actually commit any crimes are prosecuted and imprisoned for lying to investigators (even, as in General Flynn's case, when the investigators themselves apparently didn't feel prosecution was warranted).
How much longer are we supposed to watch the guilty waltz free and the innocent rot in jail before we're allowed to wonder what exactly Sessions & company are actually doing?
Posted by: James D. | July 05, 2018 at 01:05 PM

You know who I would call for that job:)

JiB, the last hires I made (in June) were filled in less than a week. I don't know what the problem seems to be, unless they want unskilled entry level jobs at min wage.

think it is hr spends more time working to disqualify potential workers than they do filling the vacancies they have ... gotta get that just right diversity mix (unless they paid out the right amount of tribute to dems and dem causes).

henry,
What the CoC wants is unskilled entry level workers at sub-minimum wage, who have no ability to push for anything better for fear of ICE being called on them.

I think Sessions is a good man who FUCKED UP by recusing himself. Sessions was shit on by FRANKEN and the WARD-RETARDED-DISHONEST-FULL COMMIE left, slimed Sessions for actually meeting IN PUBLIC ON CAMERA IN THE DUTY OF HIS SENATE JOB.....with KISLYAK. The FULL COMMIE actually trains it's flying monkey's to be stupid. Just so long as they follow the SCRIPT.
Sessions, it seems to me, thought he was doing the right thing. He is a little like Mike Pence, in that he is VERY VERY HONORABLE......to a FAULT.
I think that is probably why MR TRUMP has scorched him a couple times. Trump doesn't play FRIENDLY with the FULL COMMIE. Trump would have eaten Franken for lunch. METAPHORICALLY.

Thats not commerce, thats indentured servitude,

Right Tom; you've always had it in for Manafort and will excuse any police state tactics against him. Meanwhile you cling desperately to Mueller, a picture of Deep State corruption over decades, being this great guy with absolutely no evidence to back it up versus plenty to oppose it. That's as bad as when RG insisted Comey was on "our side".
Even if Manafort is guilty of something, we don't live in a free country with him currently in solitary confinement.
Posted by: Captain Hate | July 05, 2018 at 01:13 PM
narciso, indentured servitude? sure. It is also the apparent globalization ideal state for the masses.

all for conduct that has zero to do with the election, the campaign, and or the Russians.
So what?
If we want an end to an ideological weaponized DOJ/FBI and a return back to Constitutional rule of law then doesn't that require the prosecution of any criminal act regardless of who committed the crime or how the crime was discovered?
If Manafort is truly guilty of the crimes for which he was indicted, why should he be allowed to get away with it just because it was Mueller who indicted him?
Posted by: Tom R | July 05, 2018 at 01:14 PM
Why isn't podesta in jail
My guess is because Manafort is so far refusing to cooperate with Mueller and testify against the Podestas. Perhaps Manafort is in fear of his or his families life if he testified against the Podestas?

Biggest problem filling entry level jobs is finding someone who can pass the drug test.
Next biggest problem is finding someone who knows their ass from a hole in the ground.
Third biggest problem is finding someone who gives a crap.
Other than that, it is all peachy.

Narciso
Ashcroft recused himself because he was in Reggie Walton's court silencing Sibel Edmonds (the witness that could end the whole dog and pony show).
Sessions recused himself so Mueller could be appointed!

I don't like the slow pace either, Captain. I respect that you think Seasions is a fraud, and I take your opinion - and others - into consideration when I evaluate the guy myself. I can't learn anything in an echo chamber... :)

Maybe I extended myself on fraud, Beasts, since I had to counter the notion that Mueller is a good guy with something equally outlandish.

Tom,
Those "crimes" were investigation years ago, and prosecution was declined. Keeping him in solitary confinement before a trial is not letting him get away with anything. I'm no fan of Manafort, but I'm haunted by his treatment.

GHOST BUSTERS??

CH @ 1:13
Explain your logic. Prisoners get put in solitary confinement occurs for multiple reasons. What if Manafort is in solitary confinement for his own protection?
