Captain, The only other guy I can think of who might do the job is the guy this thread is about, Newt, and the reason I'd say so is because of his many, many comments way back when that the Swamp was so deep and the 1880's DC style bureaucracy so entrenched, that he advised that Trump had to eliminate huge swathes of them on Day 1 of his presidency in order to stand a fighting chance of gutting the place and actually making a difference. So that said, it strikes me that at least Newt recognized how big the problem is and what had to be done on Day 1. I cant think of anyone else off the top as a legitimate Presidential contender who even understands the depth of the problem.
