It is a uniparty stunt. Just like before:
S.Res. 511 (110th): A resolution recognizing that John Sidney McCain, III, is a natural born citizen.
The resolution was passed in a vote in the Senate. A simple resolution is not voted on in the other chamber and does not have the force of law. The vote was by Unanimous Consent so no record of individual votes was made.

Why should the names - and far worse, home addresses - of jurors in ANY trial be made public?
Ohr wrote that Christopher Steele, the ex-British spy who wrote the salacious dossier, was "very concerned (abt) about [former FBI Director James] Comey's firing -- afraid they will be exposed."
Since Ohr wrote this about what Steele said, who's "they"? If it were about Steele and Ohr, he'd have written "we".
I wonder if Mueller has painted himself into a corner by hiring a Team entirely composed of biased Lefty sleazeballs. I can easily see that if Mueller tries to extricate himself by finally coming clean and saying there's nothing there that his hired rats might turn on him.

Let me rephrase "no consequence" to if he has any moral conscience at all he'll ponder WHY he made such a Faustian bargain back when he began guarding the "FBI Stables" a way back when.
Otherwise,i am certain he's styling himself as a patriot--- like the insane Strozk.
I fully take your point on this. You're in that legal universe. I'm not. :D
Daddy "I can easily see that if Mueller tries to extricate himself by finally coming clean and saying there's nothing there that his hired rats might turn on him."
Daddy, that is also why even though the law says he only prepares a report for the (D)AG and not for Congress, the People, or the Targets...if he tried to report to Rosenstein that there is no there, there, the news will be filled with leaked stories to the contrary.
I will continue to respect Goldberg for his book: "Liberal Fascism."
But his conduct as a political commentator now seems lost in a zero sum game in a contest he cant win.
POTUS will be judged by history and therefore has not the shelf-life of a mere mortal. i will go so far as to say POTUS may well become the most studied presidency in our very short history--- especially if this Ship of State executes the mutineers and turns away from the Reef of Tyranny.

I hate to use the word traitor on someone but John Brennan comes close. As CIA director he manipulated the FBI and it’s dumbass director Comey into starting a probe on Trump/Russia after Bill Clinton asked him to and based on Clinton campaign-manufactured BS about Trump. The entire Clinton/Obama circle then used this falsely begun, made up probe to lie to a federal judge and try to steal the election. This is the guy, along with Bill Clinton, who should be investigated and thrown in jail, though I’d be happy to just not have to ever see or read about him ever again.
The most amazing thing in all of this however is not his/their malicious and dishonest behavior- it’s that some people out there still believe him, Comey, and the rest of this vile group of “Americans.”
Conjecture on my part, but how did they get the OHR Steele e-mails. If Nellie went out of her way to get a ham radio to avoid detection I do not think that Bruce would be stupid enough to use his e-mail address to communicate with Steele especially since Steele's association with the FBI was terminated on November 1, 2016. Thus Steele and OHR were communicating via a personal e-mail account that Ohr set up.
They most probably got these e-mails from monitoring Steele not OHr That will also suggest that other individuals like Senator Warner and Attorney Waldman correspondence were captured in monitoring Steele. That is likely why the Senate Intelligence committee has been silenced and Burr's statement on Brennan.
Also part of the reason of having Mueller and the special counsel was to get the coup plotters and the bad apples in DOJ exposed. Recall that Weissman was conducting briefing sessions with journalist in April 2018 . Why not let this be shipped to special counsel and the back biting exposed for what it is rather than Weissman Comey and Mccabe running loose like they were at beginning of the Trump administration.

On the Lovinger dismissal that resurfaced yesterday, note that it was McMaster that fired him. McMaster was shoved onto Trump because of the firing. Is there any question now that McMaster was part of the deep state as well. Trump has managed to get out a majority of the deep state from his inner circle.
A current NYT online headline reads 'Embracing Conspiracy Theory, Trump Escalates Attack on Bruce Ohr'. I appreciate them letting us know he's directly over the target!!
KK I meant that Trump disposes of individuals who are not on the Trump train and only uses the ones who are not for specific purposes. Hence the departure of McMaster, Gary Cohen and Dina Powell. Trump used Cohen beautifully to get corporate America to announce the Christmas bonuses with GOP tax cut. After that Cohen was discarded. Pompeo was doing all the lifting while McMaster was there.
Also surprised that we have not heard Cohen Watnick name pop up lately. Guess what he is national security advisor to Jeff Sessions. How do you think the Ohr Steele correspondences are getting leaked.

IIRC Trump called Rubio a "chocker" in a 2016 campaign tweet.
The press went wild even after he corrected it.
My guess is he misspelled it on purpose and highlighted it to cause 4D* media spasms.
*IMO a single spontaneous move that the media doesn't recognize for what it is can be honestly considered 4D just for the amusement value.

It certainly was a takedown.
Jonah not so much.

Elon Musk's fatal flaw (not all flaws are fatal):
GRANDIOSITY fueled by yes men.

The only way for Mueller to save himself is to admit the truth and admit that
He blew it.
I am not holding my breath waiting for that to happen.

CH----> will you mind too terribly if i wax a minute? (tough beeswax, Hermano!)
our beloved Captain Hate will undoubtedly become a close friend through the later chapters of this man's life.
it's been said often to me that my teachers will find me when i'm ready to be found.
not to put some traditional Master-Grasshopper twist to all of this---- Captain shares his mind and his memories freely in a way that i find to be instructive and consoling at the same time. (a first blush response to spending 3 uninterrupted hours with our knees under the same table down in the Cruz).
another "BLUEBIRD OF HAPPINESS" here at JOM 'warned' me that CH "is a very nice guy."
i'm officially putting the entire JOM family--- whether you like it or not--- on my bucket list. (yes, you can blame Captain Hate for this.)
i be comin fer ya. :D of course, y'all have the Nancy Reagan perogative.
thanks for indulging me, CH. (like ya had a choice! :D )

The worst thing that happened to Musk was getting deep into free money from taxpayers long before he ever learned how hard it is to get "real" money out of the pockets of "rightful owners" thereof. Add to that the predictable adulation from credentialed morons (who took his grifting as his gift), and you have the making of the ruination of a very bright and creative mind who "coulda been a contender".

I read that Eon Musk is somewhere on the Asperger's scale. Another article quoted Musk as saying he is bipolar. That would fit his behavior.
At least his Ambien use has not resulted in his insulting the "Honorable" ValJar on Twitter.
