It's sounding more and more to me like that "Huge Mosaic" that Comey said was the basis for the FISA warrant is total bulls**t. It has always been and remains nothing more than the Dossier that Christopher Steele initially cooked up and with the related BS he later fed to Bruce Ohr via Nellie. The only thing that strikes me as not having come out of Chris Steele's mouth is the Popadoploous nonsense of babbling to the Aussie minister while drunk in London, and that has been shown to be falsely reported and probably orchestrated by the FBI via Halper, etc.
You posted (non Nacht Musik) Mozart at 10:38, which made me go right to my favorite, "Eine Kleine Nacht Musik" which I used to open an Equestrian Music Festival of Freestyle Dressage (that I wrote musical drills for back in the 90's) which was a showcase event of a state Mozart festival -- :).
Gus, in 87 I was trying to make baseball fun for my oldest who was 5 at the time. We went to a ton of games that year and figured out that if we'd run to the front row seats between homeplate and the dugout, we'd always get an autograph or two. Before every game, Boggs would stand near homeplate warming up and throw knuckleballs to Romero near the dugout. When they were done, Boggs would head for the fans in the seats there and sign autographs working his way back to the dugout. Quite often, he'd skip right by my son and sign for the pretty girls standing next to him. Great ball player, horrible person IMO!
Dang Joan. I can still play the bass line from Eine Kliene Nacht Musik, although I no longer have an upright or bow. Our youth symphony did it on a tour of concert halls, gymnasiums, shopping centers, and retirement homes in 75. I've enjoyed every time I hear it.
Yes, Henry, as I typed that post I was listening and it still makes me want to conduct an orchestra and scheme out a drill for 4, 6, or 8 riders to beautiful music. :)
Reposting this bit from AmThinker since it hadn't struck me before:
it's important to bear in mind a key fact regarding Ohr's position that has just recently come to light: in a private letter to Congress Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein -- confronted with these Steele/Ohr emails -- declared he was unaware of Ohr’s activities with Steele. Ohr was “not assigned to the Russia investigation and he was not in the chain of command,” Rosenstein wrote. “Any involvement Mr. Ohr had in this matter was without my knowledge.”
In other words: Ohr's activities could only have been part of an unauthorized campaign by government officials against the President of the United States.
With that in mind, we find Steele reaching out to Ohr, and Ohr responding promptly:
Possibly true, but I'd sooner believe Rosenstein did not want to know, just like he did not need to read the FISA warrant since he knew what was in it. Me and my skeptical self off with the dogs.
Rocco, that's what I know about him. Obviously he's had bad press because of affairs and such, but it's weird and ironic, that I rarely and I mean rarely think of Boggs. If you asked me who the ALL TIME HOME RUN CHAMP IS, I'd answer HANK AARON.
Boggs was a great player, but an asshole. I forget the great player part a lot. I've know a lot of ball players, Paul Molitor being one of them. Some are good dudes, a lot are in arrested development.

Baseball means a lot to kids.

The former Maricopa County sheriff said the two talked for an hour in total, including a lot about illegal immigration.
“So he’s talking and I couldn’t understand him. He’s talking about golden showers. I thought he was talking about — the president has gold [in his shower].”
“And then handjob," Arpaio continued. "What was that? He was talking about illegals coming over working with their hands on their job."
“Then the other thing — the only thing I got was that he would offer me a job. I didn’t hear that little thing before that,” Arpaio said, referring Cohen’s asking him if he would take a blowjob from the president. “I don’t know where that came from.”
During the initial interview, Arpaio appeared to tell Cohen that he would accept a "blowjob" from the president. He also said that "it wouldn't surprise me" if Trump had a golden shower.

What are all the possible legit reasons that Mueller is letting the attorneys who work for him argue the Manafort case instead of him doing it himself? It just seems odd to me that the guy in charge isn't actually participating in the trial.
thus, on Thursday, did a federal judge named Emmet Sullivan—and a fine Fenian name it is—tell an airplane to turn the fck around before he clapped JeffBo in irons. From The Washington Post:
"This is pretty outrageous,” U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan said after being told about the removal. “That someone seeking justice in U.S. court is spirited away while her attorneys are arguing for justice for her?...I’m not happy about this at all...This is not acceptable.” The woman, known in court papers as Carmen, is a plaintiff in a lawsuit filed this week by the American Civil Liberties Union. It challenges a recent policy change by the Justice Department that aims to expedite the removal of asylum seekers who fail to prove their cases and excludes domestic and gang violence as justifications for granting asylum in the United States.
"Thomas Lifson must be a fan of the Trump 4D Chess Theory."
balderdash.
showmanship is a set of competencies involving messaging to all seven spheres of the human brain, the use of precise misdirections, timing, and humility (keeps one in touch with what it means to be a human bean for the sake of reaching other human beans in lingo that will persuade them), and an understanding of what's called in the biz "hypnotic communication" (not the stare at the gold watch kind of stuff either).
and i'll repeat: POTUS is playing more than a dozen chess games at one time. 4D is a horseshit polarizing distraction amongst the peanut gallery.
Good afternoon! I just watched a CBC livestream of a press conference about this morning's shooting in Fredricton,NB. It sounds like a domestic violence situation. Six children between the two police officers who were killed. :( The Mounties will be in charge of the homicides of the two police officers.
I have to apologize to RG about my somehow equating Clarence Thomas to Sarah Jeong. It is just the moral equivalency and goal post moving by NY Times and the left is remarkable. The DEms want everything Brett Kavanaugh wrote to castigate him as out of the mainstream and to impeach his judicial philosphy while whatever Jeong spewed does not matter as long as she pushes the current agenda of the left. Reminds me of the wise Latina experience and whatever happened to objectivity and the reason that Lady Liberty is blindfolded?
Lou Brock was a complete baseball player and human being. We'd always angle for tix (from Paw's work buddies) to see the Cardinals...especially when they came to town with Orlando Cepeda--- whom the GIANTS should have never traded for the useless Ray Sadecki.

I'm genuinely perplexed.
You believe Trump's display of mental acuity in defeating his opponents is so great that you compare it to him playing 12 chess games at one time.
I believe Trump's display of mental acuity in defeating his opponents is so great that I refer to it as "4D Chess Theory" (which is a popular internet meme started by Trump supporters on social media).
We are making the same exact assessment of Trump's mental acuity both using a comparison to the most strategically challenging game humans have devised and my usage of an internet meme bothers you?
Stuck, I took a decade of real life work in software (vendor side) before one layoff too many led me back to school. I am Singer's age. He was Rutgers 81, I was Yale 81.
Going off memory my recollection of the Scooter Libby trial is the Fitzgerald himself was the primary trial lawyer. I was under the assumption that in a high profile case where a Special Counsel is named that the SC himself would be the primary trial lawyer.
Clarice, I posted that info and another for you yesterday(?).
That does not state the gender of the individual. Also, Bruce listed himself as Caucasian. Either he lied or Sekyu M. Ohr or Sangho Yoo Ohr could be females.
We'll have to run that past the new gal at the NYT.
"We are making the same exact assessment of Trump's mental acuity both using a comparison to the most strategically challenging game humans have devised and my usage of an internet meme bothers you?"
Tom R:
you are equating "showmanship" with 4D chess.
i'm not. end of this "the same" argument.
the origins of the meme? Trump himself is my theory--- but only to ensure he'd not be charged rent for living in Ted Cruz' and the rest of the packs' heads.
POTUS lives and dies in the time/space continuum like other mortals. why over-elevate his abilities? to what end?
the showmanship aspect of his Presidency is the missing weapon for every President since Reagan (an old radio personality) who said "the bombing starts in five minutes" on a hot mic. Accident or well-timed misdirection: look over there while i am getting things done over *here* where it counts.
further--- NOTHING you say or have said "bothers me." getting my finger crushed by a slab of stone last week "bothers me."
that comment is your way of insinuating your own sense of self-worth over your "arguments" into the conversation no one else is having with you at the moment.
The state library in Concord,NH has granite blocks commemorating the NH primary winners. The 2016 winners have been displayed recently. Howie Carr just reported by that the Donald Trump granite block has been smashed to pieces. Bernie's? Untouched.

Saw Rick Monday hit the first homer of the brand new Oakland A's (under Finley) at the spankin new Oakland Coliseum, 410 ft plus over the centerfield wall. Boog Powell offered a quick palm to Monday as he rounded first. Brooks and Frank were there too.
The birds took the night 4-1. but it was history in the making.

Legal question for Clarice or any other lawyer.

4D is a horseshit polarizing distraction amongst the peanut gallery.
that's all.

Brock loved hitting home runs in Candlestick against that wind.
the Cepeda trade was my first betrayal experience in pro sports...the second was when Al Davis traded Phil Villapiano to Buffalo for a wide receiver we dint need.

POTUS is playing more than a dozen chess games at one time. 4D is a horseshit polarizing distraction amongst the peanut gallery.
Scratching my head about that.

Clarice/Jane,
Going off memory my recollection of the Scooter Libby trial is the Fitzgerald himself was the primary trial lawyer. I was under the assumption that in a high profile case where a Special Counsel is named that the SC himself would be the primary trial lawyer.

Entiendes, Mendes?
