Asked by a reporter in the White House Oval Office how the Khashoggi killing could have happened, Trump said: "They had a very bad original concept. It was carried out poorly, and the cover-up was one of the worst in the history of cover-ups."
Fortunately, Trump did NOT go on to say that he executes big, glorious cover-ups. Or - the gold standard - Clintonesque coverups. With any luck, we'll find out in the next few months whether he does or not.
If only Trump had said, "this affront to civilization can not stand, we can never truly be friends with a nation whose society condones this type of barbarism, Saudi Arabia is dead to us!", why then we'd have a President we could truly be proud of, then we could hold our heads high. Trump needs to understand it's not the cover-up, it's the crime; any of our moral betters, the Democrats, would be arranging with Iran right now to help us bomb Riyadh, that's the ticket.

One thing about this series is the number or southpaw pitchers. My Dad would be proud. He was one, and would regularly strike out Yaz's dad in inter-Town series back in the 30's and eary 40's.
So it comes down to has the best lefhanded hitters who can hit those guys.

By the way, I was waiting in a friend the other night and caught an inning of baseball on Gamecast on my ESPN app. Very cool.
It showed an outline of the batter (left or right) with a 3x3 matrix at the strike zone. For each sector, it showed the batter's average, with best results shaded red and worst shaded blue. After each pitch, they'd list the speed and type of pitch. Impressive stuff. And it gave me something to do while baseball was on...

Beasts,
Ufortunaley, he has not much to stand on. Better he go and invade Mexico and stop them there. A war with Mexico, even if they bring all of Central and South America, will be no big thing. In fact, it is sometihing we have put off for too long
Do they Really want to challenge his options?

i juice wild dandelion leaf. good source of magnesium and vit B. other stuff too. easy to get from the local parks during spring and early summer. great for coming out of hibernation.
i add Himalaya salt, fresh lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and turmeric in 12 oz of water. makes a flavor very similar to Snap-E Tom. if i want rocket fuel i'll juice a fat jalapeno. the proud and the brave will juice a fat habanero or a serrano chili.
