On the Florida Election I have no idea of what sort of Rulings will be necessary for Justice to prevail, but since the obvious violation was that Brenda Snipe refused to do her Duty under the Florida Constitution by stating within the time frame exactly how many ballots they had in Broward County, would a ruling stating that only the Votes would count that were counted by the time of that missed deadline be Legally acceptable and defensible all the way up to the Supremes?

If not, what would be an acceptable Legal remedy we can push, other than putting Brenda Snipes in jail all over again?

Sadly tho' Nelson had surgery yesterday. It appears he ate something a while back (probably a bit of broken glass that according to the daughter was lying on an outdoor hockey field a few months back and he swallowed it before she could yank it out of his mouth.) Our guess is that it lodged in the side of his throat and then penetrated his neck area where the Doc yesterday had to do surgery due to the growing bulge. He removed some big mass according to Momma and was uncertain what it was built around, so Nelson is drugged and in pain and bummed, and naturally so are Momma and I:(

If you downsize your Optimum for example it will not allow you to stream the channels you cancelled. But Spectrum in Florida allows streaming on channels you cancelled. Hulu depending on the level of service has you download channel apps so you can go there. There are other services that do the same thing.
