I am very familiar with the Step Up program, narc. Over 40% of the kids in Frederick's catholic school in Florida were there on that program which is corporate funded in lieu of taxes. In Jacksonville alone there are 3 inner city Catholic schools that are AA majority and Step Up funded.

One thing that Michael Savage talks about a lot is book placement in stores because he writes one or two books a year.

His publisher usually pays stores to place the book prominently. Whenever he has a new book come out people call in to report if the stores are complying and typically they don't. I guess book stores think they have FU money and contracts are meaningless.
