This is a partisan stem-winder but still - the author seems able to document his point that Mueller may have railroaded Gen. Flynn by concealing frelevant and potentially exculpatory evidence.
Does Mueller's behavior sound like the sort of thing that happens all the time but shouldn't? Or has he been way out of bounds here?
Video at link. Comey sounds miffed at the end.

We had boxes of the daughter's stuff in the garage loft up at the cabin in Maine. A few summers ago when she visited,I told her she wasn't leaving until she culled some of the stuff, going back to 1st grade! We had one heck of a bonfire. But there are still several boxes of her stuff in the loft. :(

I grew up watching my tax lawyer father, every New Years Day, bring file box after file box into the living room to be burned in the fireplace because those boxes were then one day past the SoL dates. (Nobody shredded stuff back then.)

I am glad the Repubs had a chance to ream his smug rear end.
Too bad he doesn’t realize that this is only the beginning of the end for him.
His hatred of President Trump is now legend.
He can’t walk it back.
Everyone will agree ultimately that he deserved to be fired and that he leaked government confidential information.
Also that he compromised and abused his position as FBI director.
Even former FBI guys are sickened by him.

Clarice, suffering of some of that same affliction myself, tell Howard I got around it by getting a gazillion boxes of old papers scanned into PDFs - no editing or labeling, I just gave boxes to a scanner guy and told them to run every sheet of paper through their machine and simply code the files "Box Name.PDF1...n"...then shred them when done. When done they handed me an external drive which I locked in the safe and, as expected, have never ever had to look at. BUT I know it is all there if I need it. Had to be at least 50 banker boxes, maybe more.

I will place a brand new workstation on his desk with an icon on the screen for each drawer or box he had in his office... Then, just like we used to do with toys we wanted to get rid of but didn't know how the kids would react, without telling Howard, I will have all his papers stored in a secure document facility. If he doesn't have a nervous breakdown after six months, then we can have them shredded...

I was stuck for a Christmas present last year, and in desperation went into a pet store. I was immediately drawn to a wonderful purple and gold parrot, sitting calmly on its cage. I asked the store keeper how much and was told $5000, because of his wonderful singing voice. All the shops in the mall were closing, it was snowing really hard, and by this stage well dark, so I handed over my credit card, and took the parrot, instruction book (I kid you not!), cage and accessories home. Next day, I gifted the parrot (who's name was Chet), and explained he had a wonderful singing voice, but the parrot was silent. We trying coaxing with food, treats and all manner of fine things. Asked. Pleaded! Even tried swearing. But the parrot remained silent. I was furious. Next day, with parrot in tow, I trudged back through the snow to the store. The store keeper asked if I had read the instruction book yet, and I explained I had read the first couple of pages only. He flipped through the pages and explained that where the parrot cage is placed is critical to the parrot's well-being. So, I took everything back home again, and set up the cage in a warm spot next to our fireplace. It was snowing VERY hard, so I stoked the fire high with good quality oak, and presently the room began to warm up. The parrot and I both reclined on our backs, toes towards the fireplace grate. I was just beginning to drowse off, when melodiously he began to sing "Chet's nuts roasting by the open fire......"

A couple of links to a company called Pur Sang in Argentina. They build replicars. Except they don't, if you think that means a fiberglass body on a VW or Fiero. They build exact, nut and bolt reproductions of Bugattis and Alfas from the 30s, right down to the engine blocks and even making their own tires. The only things they don't cast, mill, bend or manufacture are the gauges. Unbelievable...and expensive.
Pur Sang Bugatti Type 35.
Pur Sang Alfa 8C Monza.

They could fill a season of “Hoarders” with my family. Especially my two sisters, with a supporting cast of my parents. Mrs K thinks I have tendencies, but she has no idea what real hoarding is. Plus every now and then I wow her, like last week when a major appliance died and I pulled out from my files the original receipt and manual from 16 years ago.

daddy @5:51...we are very familiar with Rt. 302,where the high speed chase took place (with the police spikes). Dave (in MA) posted about it last night. Rt. 302 used to be sleepy country road west of Portland on the way to Sebago Lake and eventually to Fryeburg.ME. Rt. 302 then intersects with Rt.16 in NH thru the White Mtns. Hubby's college was on Sebago Lake.
Rt.302 is now a suburb of Portland,a very busy highway.

In fact Mrs K loves to tell the story about how once we were visiting my mother and she saw a copy of Condé Nast Travel magazine. Browsing through it she was amazed at some of the low prices that were being advertised—until she looked at the date of the magazine and it was 1982.

The truth about climate change hoax and why climate has always been changing
The Arctic ocean is warming up, icebergs are growing scarcer and in some places the seals are finding the water too hot, according to a report to the Commerce Department yesterday from Consulafft, at Bergen, Norway.
Reports from fishermen, seal hunters and explorers all point to a radical change in climate conditions and hitherto unheard-of temperatures in the Arctic zone. Exploration expeditions report that scarcely any ice has been met as far north as 81 degrees 29 minutes. Soundings to a depth of 3,100 meters showed the gulf stream still very warm. Great masses of ice have been replaced by moraines of earth and stones, the report continued, while at many points well known glaciers have entirely disappeared.
Very few seals and no white fish are found in the eastern Arctic, while vast shoals of herring and smelts which have never before ventured so far north, are being encountered in the old seal fishing grounds.
I apologize, I neglected to mention that this report was from November 2, 1922. As reported by the AP and published in The Washington Post — 88 years ago"
