It's a 3 day Race with 23 contestants, and surprisingly they are happy we didn't get too much snow:

I did not know they were rentals either, Jane. I know my buddy's wife who ran the Iditarod had her dogs boarded at some place that is designed/set up to train and care for Iditarod dogs, but I did not think that counted as renting. Maybe it does.
