Joe Biden is old, moderate, and tied to a legacy (eg, on abortion) that won't satisfy the current progressive fever gripping the Democratic Party.

And oh, yeah, him too: Trump will either nickname him Handsy Joe or Gropey Joe. How this woman is still able to carry on I don't know:

A former Nevada state assemblywoman has accused Joseph R. Biden Jr. of touching and kissing her at a 2014 campaign event for Democrats in what she called a mortifying episode that left her feeling “powerless to do anything about it.”

She was 35 at the time and her humanity was erased when she was campaigning with Gropey Joe and she was about to take the stage:
