Bracing For Mueller

Keep your reading glasses handy! The 400 page Mueller report is due at, presumably with the 9:30 AM (Eastern) press conference.

The only certainty: in those 400 pages there will be material that inspires the "Impeach Now!" crowd as well as material that enrages those who want the senior FBI and DoJ leadership who instigated and this investigation locked up.

The first casualty of 24/7 media (and Twitter) is context.

I agree. Putin would have been more comfortable with Hillary. She was going to be a continuation of Obama's policies, which were fairly pro-Russian. He knew her and he did NOT know Trump. It makes no sense.

This morning Sara Carter and Brian Kilmeade point out a portion of the report where Vladimir Putin is quoted as being "worried that he didn't know enough about Trump after he won!" That does not a quote from a guy who was working to get Trump elected.

Reminded me of the defense attorney who, some time ago (but commenting about Mueller and the Trump investigation) said that he was attending a conference (FBI/DOJ and appellants lawyers) and when Mueller came in he stated that any criticism of the FBI is a nonstarter.

Trump was “exonerated” of the “Russian Collusion”. (Probably because pursuing the whole “dossier” nonsense points at the “wrong” people.) That’s all. Mueller left lots of obstruction hints, that dems are jumping into with both feet as the next front opened in their attacks. From his demonstrated history of indictments, there’s no reason to assume Mueller’s referrals get to the heart of anything, or even target the correct side.

Strzok, Page, McCabe, Steele, Simpson, the Ohrs et al. are the cannon fodder in all this. Indicting them won’t matter.

The facts about Sessions indicate he was also a target of the Obama criminal cabal and since he was under formal investigation by the FBI he was legally bound to recuse himself. We also know he offered his resignation to Trump on multiple occasions but Trump refused it.

I will add an opinion that Sessions was likely the most honorable man of integrity to serve in the Senate since I have been following politics. I his time as AG he was extremely successful in promoting the MAGA agenda.
