Is the Polish First Lady an ex-model?

She carried herself that way, I thought, and seemed totally comfortable around Melania.

Stephanie Nene Not Your Normal Granma

Thanks amom. Yep. We generally eat around 7:30 but sometimes it is later - much later. Plus, we have tix to the minor league team at least once a week, and WTH do they serve at a ballpark that is even close to keto friendly? Can't have baseball w/o roasted peanuts, either.

I'm doomed.

Another Bob

Chili dog or hot dog without the bun seems pretty keto friendly?

lyle

I’m doomed.

Preach it, sister! 🍷🤨

Another Bob

Henry, there have been no lead changes in the last 7 game sevens of the Stanley Cup Final dating back to the Rangers winning it all in 1994.

Of course Bob Prince would call that “hidden vigorish” for the Bruins...

MissMarple2

It's not just people on the East Coast who are having problems with their health.

Another Bob, there have been no Blues wins in Game 7 since the Big Bang. TV stats that mean nothing for $1,000 Alex.

Been home since Saturday. Was glad to get outta there. Food service was lame, and most of the nurses weren't good looking.

They had me walking a little the evening of the surgery, and cranked it up every day. Wasn't too bad since I could get a jolt of morphine every 10 minutes if needed.

Since I have been home have been in a recliner, might try sleeping in a bed tonight.

Pain has been subsiding a bit every day, and I am walking more each day. Has been nice last 2 days so doing most of the distance outside.

When I get outta the shower, Mrs. Buckeye takes a picture of the incision. Noticeably improvement there also.

Get the staples out and a once over on Monday.

Only negative is a little swelling in my feet, but my sis the retired surgery RN says it is pretty normal when they take out the drain tubes shortly after the surgery.

She said to keep my feet up above my head for a half hour / day, and I will pee it away over the next week or so.

henry

Good update. Keep on healing.

Good news buckeye.

Is the blues prognosis really that bad, henry,

It sure sounds like a lot of people have adopted keto. When I started a year ago, no one had even heard about it. That’s a pretty big endorsement. It’s primarily a lifestyle for me at this point, so it’s good to hear.

henry

Narciso, Blues looking good. But they play the games for a reason and the Bruins have plenty of time.

Good one MM.

Of course there is a problem in that whole train of thought, the emails were offered freely to every (redacted) person with a modem or a printer, it didnt go to the trump campaign as to the info st the trump meeting that was actually available in the Russian foreign ministry archive

I’ve sat through a good number of deciding games Henry, I know why you’re saying what you’re saying.

President Trump is once again welcoming foreign interference in our elections. This isn’t about politics. It is a threat to our national security. An American President should not seek their aid and abet those who seek to undermine democracy.

Narciso, Trump missed pimping Snuffy on Hillary taking Russian talking points to the press before FBI (crammed by an alphabet soup of agencies).

Narciso79

I think I would have answered things a little differently

George what do you think has been going on these last three years, me my companies my appointees my family has been investigated based on claims allegedly from Russia, which were paid for by my opponent. Maybe you should ask then if they will refrain from paying foreign spies for dubious info.

clarice

Buckeye--good luck keeping your legs over your head.

Narciso79

That's where I was going, with this.

henry

Makes sense narciso. But Trump is better at this than I am... so we’ll see what happens.

henry

Trump could be baiting a trap... get them all to jump on “it’s a crime” before letting Barr or Horowitz point to the obvious.

Narciso79

Well its another 'gotcha' moment where they jump to conclusion and break their shins again.

A chili dog without the bun... sitting in the stands at a ball park? You smokin the good stuff??? ;)

The best I've found was the nachos w/o the chips but with meat, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. Now try finding a 'single use plastic fork' to eat it with. They have also banned straws this year.

Tom R

His "anyone smarter than Forrest Gump ..." dismissals of everyone who disagrees with him, and comments like:

So far I'm the only poster here looking at the entire big picture which includes bringing the Obama criminal cabal to justice.

MJW,

In the future I would appreciate it if you don’t make up shit out of thin air just to try and score a point. I challenge you to find one example on this blog where I have ever applied the Forrest Gump comparison to anyone here at JOM who disagreed with me. Every time I have used it I explicitly made comparisons to leftwingers or independent voters, never fellow JOM posters.

As to the last point. I am the only person here making the point that Trump needed to be proven innocent of the false Russian collusion allegations before he could go on the offensive and the DOJ could start bringing the Obama criminal cabal to justice. I think maybe one time Iggy agreed with that point but that’s it.

Another Bob

Well, Boston figured to hit it hard early, and the Blues survived it.

Narciso79

Heh, yes I see how that could be problematic

Another Bob

Well you’d have to put it on a plate Steph...

Narciso79

It's time to abandon certain preconceptions. Sydney Powell like our friend clarice has dealt with soecial prosecutors company officials and the like and their fatuous resumption to truth.

Boris @ 8:06

Understandable, but I notice, like high school, the cool kids get away with it.

Thank you for having the honesty to point that out. There are a handful ofJOM posters who are just as arrogant and condescending or worse as they accuse me of being. It’s typically the people who complain about me the most.

Here is what I got a big kick out of today. For 2+ months I have gotten raked over the coals, criticized, ridiculed, called mentally ill, you name it, for pointing out that Mueller exonerated Trump of Russian collusion and defending that opinion against numerous people here who disagreed with it. Today, Devin Nunes made that same exact point. I wonder how many of the people here who have actively argued with me about the issue realized the one member of the House who likely has more inside knowledge of what is going on with Spygate agreed with me on that point?

Rocco

You're welcome hoyden, I think you'll like it.

And keep at it, Buckeye!

About the cool vs in cool kids. Most everyone here is smart about something. I would hesitate to call bs about anything clarice said about DC law, JIB about engineering or D.C. Lobbying, etc. Hell I know a lot about medicine, being a surgeon and all, but I'm not going to call BS on Amom. (Not that I'd ever have a reason :-). This is part of having a discussion with smart people.

Likewise, like my grandpa would say, if someone has to say "logic dictates", it probably doesn't.

GUS

Trump should have told Snuff, that he wouldn't pay 10 MILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLION dollars for it, but RODHAM did. Her RUSSIAN information was NOT TRUE, she sought it and paid for it. It was used by OBAMA'S CABAL......AFTER......a DEMOCRATIC ELECTION LOSS by RODHAM.

Rocco

Go Sox! Congrats St. Louis fans, good nite all.

Tom R

Have we gotten off the idea that Flynn purposely maneuvered Strzok into interviewing him and then, after Strzok stated that he didn't think Flynn lied, tricked the gov't into indicting him anyway in order to lay a trap of biblical proportions?

You linked an article earlier in the thread documenting that Mueller was recommending no jail time. We are now 18 months past the plea bargain date and if Powell is to be believed Flynn has incurred $5 million in legal fees. I’m scratching my head trying to figure out why someone would plead guilty to a crime they didn’t even commit, was not going to be serving any time in jail, and would allow his sentencing date to keep getting delayed and racking up $5 million in legal fees. That makes zero sense unless there is something else going on that we don’t know about.

Narciso79

Yes and after 4 years, Mueller apologized to Stephen hatfill and the bureau wrote a 5.5 million dollar check. It doesn't mean he was right in the first place.

Tom R

Henry @ 10:40

Thanks abad. I tried doing Keto M-F and saving the weekends, but with Ariel popping up like a shiny penny, it kept wrecking the best laid plans and "I'll do it tomorrows" kept being uttered.

Now that the daughter is home, maybe I can get a few weeks of straight Keto. It looks like she is due to fly out again some time in July for either 2 or 4 weeks. They extended her contract to almost six weeks this time...

Congrats Blues! Ugh.

Narciso79

How is bijou doing. I have avoided walking yogi on a wooded oath since the snake incident

clarice

After the indictment, Flynn was interviewed 19 times (as of last December) plus he had to be prepared for the grand jury. Then there were all the court appearances and strategy discussions with counsel.

I hesitate to enter into this discussion again, and I hope this will be the last time I get suckered into this. When you first began posting on Mueller,Tom R, we had very little outside information. I didn't agree with your opinion then but felt you had a right to voice it. I even felt you had the right over time to flesh out your opinion and reasoning, but at this point I see absolutely nothing to warrant your view and no substantiation for what seems not only an outlying but a bizarre theory of the investigation.
While you have a perfect right to that opinion, you are interrupting over and again the discussion with something no one seems to be persuaded by as if repeating over and over will make it true. Moreover, your contentions seem ass backwards. To suggest Mueller is a good guy because he found no collusion ,ignores the fact that there was no evidence of any. It ignores as well the utterly unnecessary and unethical furbelow -- Part II of his report-- and his effort (which failed) to outfox Barr by holding up the report so he could further tar the president by getting in the first word.

Threadkiller

Does Clarice's reasonable and well written comment make her part of the Vicious Cool Kids that are out to squash other people's opinions?
