My hat is off to you for caring for our little neighbors like the snapping turtle.
You are a good caring person. We even take care of our resident possum by trapping him and getting him out to the swamp area west of us. They will die on the ocean side.

I forgot to tell you--a few years ago my grand daughter wanted to play softball. I hear you, Rocco. We have geese, ducks, cormorants, etc. The geese start out with 10 or 12 goslings, which end up 6 or 7. Still can't hope the turtle eggs are dug up and eaten by foxes or raccoons.
Koepka had a chance to change the trajectory of this tournament but screwed up his 3rd to 14. Woodland has a par saver two-putt on 13. Right now it favors Woodland since Koepka is blowing any chance to challenge.
Did OJ Simpson really debut his new twitter account on or about the 25th anniversary of Nicole and Ron’s murder? You can accuse him of many things but not sentimentality.
Woodland just made a statement that he is in charge. Suck it up, everyone else. Death nail. But Koepka did make his putt. Still, I have to go with Woodland since it is most likely he birdies 14 and goes up 2.
For one thing, I have a face for radio, and a voice for silent movies.
For another, I probably wouldn’t be allowed to have misbehaving “journalists” dragged out of the room and thrown into a rat-infested dungeon, and I don’t see how that job can be done correctly without that power.

Congratulations to Gary Woodland in winning the United States Open Golf Championship. Fantastic playing, great heart - there will be more in Gary’s future!
Earlier today, @netanyahu and @USAmbIsrael held a ceremony for the inauguration of 'Trump Heights' — a town in #Israel's Golan Heights that has been named in honor of the US President.
Speaking of breaking into this year’s jam band, JOM and the Ketones, I’ve meaning to give you a big post op tip, Buckeye: walk barefoot as much as possible. Seriously.

Enjoyed a '15 Ch. Giscours (magnum) with the kiddies this afternoon, lyle!! We let it breathe for an hour or so - as it was so very young - but it turned out quite well!
I've had the '00 Ch. Latour - big juice, buddy!! Sounds like y'all had a memorable repast de vin.
Good to hear the lad is safe and sound, Miss Marple.

So if someone is 11 under par or -11 and the next guy is -10. -11 wins.

Posted by: Jim Eagle | June 16, 2019 at 08:06 PM
I helped save a couple snappers that went across a road past a park to lay eggs. Grabbing the shells far enough back works.
Things tightening up.

Allowing men to compete with women would be very discouraging to the female competitors and would surely ruin the sport.

Because of the penal nature of the rough, the two strongest guys in golf, Koepka, and Woodland are battling it out. Very interesting.

Jack,
What if they still played 36 on the last day, like when Ventura barely survived the heat at Congressional as I was dangling my feet in a pond.
Posted by: Captain Hate | June 16, 2019 at 08:33 PM
CH,
You can go 36 easy at Pebble. The temps never got over 60F. Hard to do in Venturi's swamp conditions at Congressional.
Two shot lead for Woodland, and I just can't seeing Woodland folding.

Unlike the smoking and drinking set of the 60's through the 90's, Tiger made them all get in shape. You now have he fittest set of golfers ever. Look at DJ who can dunk a BBall standing still, a guy like Koepka who can bench press 350 and Woodland who can still play pro basketball if necessary.
A different set of characters.
