I am home and am having a martini. 7 hours with my democrat sister in retail manager mode, telling me I should move by myself into Section 8 housing and how I should do this and that and will not even entertain criticism of that stupid bus line they are putting in because the Indy mayor is a democrat, well, I need it!

I tried to keep up on Twitter and JOM on my phone but it was pretty hard, especially because I am used to a bigger screen and a keyboard.

It's very hot and humid, but we sold a boat-load of stuff in the morning. Lots of Hispanics bought my sister's shoes because most of them have small feet. Ran into all sorts of people who knew our family which was fun.

I am going out to the shed tonight to see what else I can sell. We need more merchandise for tomorrow!

What you have to understand is that baseball is ancient to England since Babe Ruth played there. [you can look it up,] It's national game is Cricket. You play Cricket on an oval field like at Lord's or the Kennington Oval. But for a Cricket nation, you need to show them home rums by the gazoo to get them interested. In Cricket, which by the way it's World Cup is currently on in the UK, hitting 6's {which is a homer for us) is not that unusual. In fact, it is the way you win big time test matches.

So, from my historical and experience perpective, it was the best place to play it at the Olympic Stadium in Stratford.

My sister sold a bunch of tools, a lawnmower, a bunch of her late husband's clothing,fancy stuff from Saks and Coach, etc.

My sister the teacher sold bookcases, wooden stools, and some stuff like figurines.

We also sold the nurse sister's wrought iron plants stands, a garden statue, and a bunch of her fancy decorative stuff (she moved from a 2-story house to a small 1-story bungalow).
